Taking down existing tarfelt from roof including plaster and remove from site complete all as specified and directed .

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/coping/ bed block / depression complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement as in roof. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound. (ISI marked)

M&L, water proofing treatment on roof and preparing the surfaces to receive WPT treatment , applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr / Sqm conforming to IS 3384 applied on plastered surfaces including side walls , followed by a layers of APP based polymeric membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm(minimum) and 3 mm thick) with mineral finish laid on primed surface by torch application with side overlap 100 mm and ends over laps 150 mm , joints sealed properly as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed .

S&F Fatory made "Rajshri" PVC Internal door Frame manufractured BY Rajshri of the size 120mmx50mm(double door Frame) with a wall thickness of 5mm PVC Celuka Sheet of density 600Kg/Cbm manufractured by an ISO-9000 certified company, made out of extruded 5mm PVC Celuka sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with two Nos, of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx15mm M.S Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 20mm x20mm M.S tube of 19 guage throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using PVC Fasteners. A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc complete as per manufractures specification and direction of Engr-in-charge

S&F 30mm thick Rajshri brand factory made internal PVC one side Prelem door shutter wood Free consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles as well as top bottom & lock rail. The inside panel shall consist of 20mm thick multi chamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement adhesive with 5mm (+0.5) thick prelam PVC sheet of the inside panel. All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick & 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton(made by sticking 2Nos. rigid foam PVC sheets of 5mm (+0.5) thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive. 20mm thick (5mm x 4 Nos) Thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock provision at lock height. S&F 30mm thick Rajshri brand factory made wire mesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rails. 20mm x 20mm M.S square tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded Rajshri PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 90mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on either side forming stiles & 5mm thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on the inner side to from top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on from lock rail 10mm (5mm x2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panel will be Alumunium wire mesh fitted in by 'C' channel of size 35mm x 10mm on the eitherside in stiles. The inner side 'C' channel is fixed by 20mm x 20mm M.S. tube on both sides with screws. The wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with total 8 Pars of 15mm x 15mm & 20mm x 20mmtube with Aluminium wire 10mm (5mm x 2) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nails on both side of Aluminium wire mesh interior at the top, bottom & lock rail. Complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufractures specification and drawing
