Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables, pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for cutting the road/ PCC path of 230 mm width and 300 mm depth and making good the disturbed surface with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note: Concrete required for filling the road cutting shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in pavements, making good for disturbed portions etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of MS ERW heavy grade pipe 200 mm bore, thickness not less than 5.40 mm laid in trenches etc, vertically with welded joints and including preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open places and with bitumen coating / felt cover in trenches, testing / commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replace MCCB 4 pole 100/125 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing induction motor of above 20 upto 30 HP capacity 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 cycles AC from foundations bed / coupling, opening the motor, taking to workshop and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and same No of turns of existing make insulating winding with existing class of insulation varnishing baking up including replacement of base foundation nuts, bolts and re-installation of motor with suitable packing materials and connecting to the pump, testing the motor to satisfactory performance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per SL item No.33 above but 10 to 15 HP capacity.

M & L for carrying 'B' check of 4 cylinder 85 to 105 BHP Diesel engine set for periodical checking and preventive maintenance as per manufacturer's instructions including replacement of necessary recommended filters, Engine Oil and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Removing the fuel pump and injectors of Kirloskar Cummins 4 cylinder 85 to 105 BHP Diesel engine set, Servicing the pump, overhauling and calibrating the injectors, fixing back, connecting, priming and commissioning the engine including replacing rocker cover gaskets etc., complete all as directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'A' complete all as directed.

Cleaning of static water tank of 25000 litres capacity and including by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom using pumpset, removing the complete sludge by suction process using either suction pump or vaccum process, cleaning the walls ceiling & floor using high pressure water jet to dislodge all the mud, dirt algaue, fungus and layers of calcinations, vaccum cleaning to remove the dislodged waste, cleaning with bleaching powder on walls / floor of the sump to make it sterilise and take care of any further suspend bacteria, viruses which might have remained in the tank without disturbing the water suply to the area including painting the details of sump capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire tank internal and external complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for attending break down of CI/MS pipe line of 150 mm dia bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, for the following sizes:- Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Earth work, Lead joints, Supply only CI/ DI/ MS pipes, specials, fittings will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply only MS ERW pipe 150 mm bore, thickness not less than 5.4 mm, vertically with welded joints including making leak proof joints complete.

M&L preparation of steel surfaces and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS fire fighting pipe 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L masonary valve chamber of size 1200x1200x1200 mm (internal dimensions) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron, 5 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement, painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling unservicble compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
