Repair and Renovation of 5 Nos. Godown Cum Shop Room at Harichandanpur Market Yard under RMC, Keonjhar

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within initial leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour,cess, hire & running charges of water pumps sundries , T & P & all other machinaries required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

SAND FILLING :-Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of 0.3 mtr, with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. All complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crusing strength not less then 35Kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth ,super structure/ cum.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade using 20 mm. and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting &laying &centering ,shuttering etc. complete.Plinth Beam

Providing M.S reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bendind,binding & tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as per drawing & technical specification. ( Taking output - 1MT )

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site per 1sqm.complete as per direction Engineer- In- Charge.

6mm thick cement plester (1:4) to RCC surface finish smooth including closed deep chiping & slury treatment including all cost conveyance royalty and taxes etc. complete as per direction Engineer- In- Charge.

C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size crusher broken granite metal including watering curing with all cost & convayance and royality etc complete as per direction Engineer- In- Charge.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size HG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.comp.to work site for new work as per the specification approved by the department & direction of E.I.C (data per 1sqm)
