REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF STP PLANT INCLUDING MISC WORK AT AF STN NALIYA

Cleaning of tanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Stilling chamber, Bar & screen Chamber) at STP Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD etc shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white wash from inside after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rates for Dewatering and desludging of tanks including T&P and safety equipments are included in above item. (ii) Cleaning of each tank will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for cleaning of main incoming sewage collection tank/booster tanks, including necessary T&P such as pump set for De-watering and cleaning upto bottom of the well by means of equipment with complete safety equipment and masks for the persons doing the job and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/mud/sludge/grit/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to outside the premises of the station including necessary transportation for taking out from the site of the well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- No direct manpower to be introduced inside the sewage well as per the goverment norms.

Material and labour for carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage at Each STP Plant as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) Odour (iii) Sulphate (iv) Total Suspended Solids (v) BOD (vi) COD (vii) Oil & Grease (viii) Total Ammonia (ix) E Coli (x) Nitrate CN (xi) Total Coliform Bacteria Note:- (i) Test report should be submiited at the end of qtr/month by contractor. (ii) rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of sterilised bottle and to and from transportaion charges for collection samples upto Lab.

Supply only greasing for bearing of centrifugal Pumps all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 30 HP electrical induction motor, 3 phase, 415 volts including disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling from pump, taking down the motor from foundation, cleaning and varnishing the stater & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump,checking alignment connecting all electrical connections, checking the vibrations, RPM, DOR, testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Make : Sri Satya Sai Aqua Pura / Declibac or its equivalent.

Labour only for taking out LT UG cables of 70/ 95 Sqmm by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing PCC covers of any size, staking serviceable cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, addl PCC covers and sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Labour only for re-laying the serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, earthed, graded cross sectional area 70/95 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for unwashed sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x40mm in trenches as protection to UG cable complete all as specified and directed.
