| 1E-090: 2500 (H-6) i.e. 5000 (H-1) Check the thickness of brake lining of PTO brake. 5000 (H-2) Check all gear teeth through inspection cover. Replace the inspection cover seal if damaged. 5000 (H-5) Check the elastic star of clutch of electric lub oil pump and replace if necessary. 5000 (H-6) Clean the casing side of lub oil cooler. 8000 (H-2) Check the lubricating oil pressure on the pressure relief valves. 8000 (H-3) Check the control oil pressure on the pressure relief valves. 8000 (H-4) Check the axial shift and replace the grease of PTO tooth coupling/ curved tooth coupling sleeve. 8000 (H-5) Check the reduced gear oil pressure on the pressure relief valve for Fi-Fi PTO operation. 15000 (H-2) Check valve seats and piston guides for wear of pressure relief valves and pressure accumulating valves. 15000 (H-3) Check condition of built on oil pumps. Carry out general overhaul of pump or replace as required. 15000 (H-4) Overhaul the pump- M/s Renk scope. Motor of electric gear oil pump- Under Ship’s DFP. 15000 (H-5) Check condition and overhaul/ replce built on sea water pump- Under Ship’s DFP. Supervision by M/s Renk. 15000 (H-6) Overhaul the pump and motor of electric sea water pump- Under Ship’s DFP. | |||||
