Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even and fair.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing excavated material exc 1.5 Km and n,exc 5 km and diposited where directed

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and direted.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia bars, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Taking out soil setteled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes , shrubs etc and removing the excavated materials to a distance exc 50mtr but nexc 100mtr and deposited were directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level)

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) with grey cement and pigment, glossy rubber mould intelocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Lucky/ Supreme/Mehtab as approved by GE.
