Dosing 32 gallons capacity inochem make chlorinators at Vidyut Bhavan with chemical as per manufacturer’s specification after removing all the residue of chemicals previously dosed (proportionate deduction will be made from the rate if chlorination is not required for the chlorinators) and conducting bacteriological test of water from Public Health Laboratory once in a month or earlier as required .

Cleaning underground concrete water reservoirs at Vidyut Bhavan thoroughly with wire brush, using bleaching powder, potassium permanganate or other chemicals as directed, once in a month.

Cleaning and disinfecting concrete overhead water tanks at Vidyut Bhavan thoroughly with wire brush, using bleaching powder, potassium permanganate or other chemicals as directed, once in a month.

Cleaning overhead PVC water tanks at Vidyut Bhavan thoroughly with bleaching powder, potassium permanganate or other chemicals as directed, once in a month.

Purifying the water of overhead reservoirs & tanks as specified by addition of chemicals as required to ensure supply of potable water at all taps at different location of Vidyut Bhavan Complex.

Supply of labour on regular basis for performing works in all floors at Vidyut Bhavan complex and nearby establishments of WBSEDCL

Supplying, fitting & fixing Roller / Vertical Blinds (Vista make) as per manufacturer's specification.

Removal of rubbish, debris, constructional wastes, bushes & other disposable items from Vidyut Bhavan Compound and disposal of the same beyond the Compound in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation rules for such disposal at the approved location of the Municipal Authority upto any distance including all material, labour, equipments, tools & tackles, freight & insurance, loading, unloading etc. and all related charges including fees payable for such disposal at the dumping ground all complete.

Taking out & refixing the existing wooden floor after mending damages & alignment etc. matching with existing including removal of waste materials complete in all respect

Supplying, fitting & fixing T-profile of approved design in true line and level with head less pins including all incidental charges complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Relaying of existing paver blocks including supply of sand and removing of waste material, if required and any ancillary works as per direction of the EIC complete.
