Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming /tack coat using paving /VG 30 grade bitumen @ 5 kg /10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Premix Bitumenous macadam (consolidated thickness 50 mm) laid/rolled and compacted with vibratory power roller 10 to12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber as levelling course.to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Premixed bituminous asphaltic semidense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with max 5.5 % binder content, using paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient using 10 to 12 tonne vibratory power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and marking broken centre line (min 2mm thick) on road of any description and width as directed with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS 3262 and according to specification laid down by IRC & MST (Ministry of surface trasport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar thickness in floors, aprons and wall cladings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

18 to 20 mm thick Granite stone slab (of any type) machine cut and laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cm 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding and polishing as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

18 to 20 mm Granite stone slab machine cut and polished, one side is rounded bull nosing with two nos friction grove in treads of stairs case (single piece) laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick CM (1:6) as in steps complete all as specified and directed.

Granite stone salb 15 to 16 mm thick machine cut over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding and polishing type complete all as directed as in skirting dado's complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of SS Railing of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fixing the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, in stairs and floors with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

GI Pipe light grade 25mm dia with all fittings laid/fixed on wall/pole or under road/hardstanding crossing and complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 25 mm bore not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

MCB DB Single pole and neutral 12 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 32 to 40 Amps,10 KA breaking capacity 'C' Curve suitable for 230 V,50 Hz for lighting and other domestic load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 16 Amps,10 KA breaking capacity 'B' Curve suitable for 230 V,50 Hz for lighting and other domestic load complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to GI strips 32 x 6 mm by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
