COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR TO PATHWAY, HARD STANDING AND CERTAIN MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT NMS UNDER AGE (I) NABAGRAM

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old unserviceable concrete work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including demolition of old unserviceable concrete work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed polished finished chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25 mm thick size set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including necessary screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 including dismantaling old unserviceable tiles with backing plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with & including necessary screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5.00 above but on vertical surfaces of wall, riser of the steps etc but 20cm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade conforming to IS : 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing/ laying only in repairs 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including removing / dismantling complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Serviceable block after taking out from old work shall be utilized in this item]

M&L coloured heavy duty paving surface finish matte, rough non-slip textured (e.g. textured, dotted or ramp line), high grade precast cement concrete (minimum M-30 grade cement mix) industrial tiles 12 mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.07 sqm not exc 0.18 sqm breaking strength 3000N as in floors. Treads and risers of steps fixed with grey cement and pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old unserviceable work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles n. exc. 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in floor laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old unserviceable work, complete all as specified and directed.
