Providing 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

For Holding Area - Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting structural steel framework comprising SHS/RHS hollow sections, base plates, gusset plates, cleats, connection plates, anchor bolts, welding, cutting, grinding, hoisting, fixing in position and one coat of approved steel primer complete, including all incidental works as per approved structural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

For Holding Area - Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

In Booking Counter - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

In booking Counter - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings, with all fittings and fixtures etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

In booking counter - Providing, supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of complete internal electrical installation comprising FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wiring in heavy duty PVC conduit, LED light fittings, BLDC ceiling fans, exhaust fans, modular switches, socket outlets, distribution board with MCBs, GI pipe earthing station, junction boxes, accessories, interconnections and all incidental works complete as per CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works, relevant IE Rules, approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge i) Wiring for light/fan/socket points with 2 × 2.5 sq.mm + 1 × 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor in heavy duty PVC conduit, complete as required ii) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 20 W LED Batten Light Fitting complete iii) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 1200 mm sweep BLDC Ceiling Fan complete. iv) Supplying, installation & commissioning of 300 mm sweep Exhaust Fan complete v) Supplying & fixing 8-way SPN Double Door Distribution Board complete (without incomer MCB/RCCB) vi) Supplying & fixing 63 A DP MCB with sheet steel enclosure complete. vii) Supplying & fixing 5/6 A modular switches complete viii) Supplying & fixing 5/6 A modular socket outlets complete ix) Providing complete GI Pipe Earthing Station with electrode, chamber, cover, watering arrangement and earth lead. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as per CPWD specifications and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
