RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code

RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

RequiredBidder shall quote only for the make & material mentioned in the schedule

RequiredBidder shall provide warranty for the material for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply of material, whichever is earlier

RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition

OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online

OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
