PAINTING OF SLUICES FOR MAINTENANCE WORKS Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand and power tool cleaners and removing dust. After cleaniong, applying primary coat with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to a thickness of 100 microns, followed by finishing coats 2 coats with Coal tar epoxy with material, labour, and all accessories with all leads and lifts.
