LIVING ROOMS USED AS OFFICES (KLMDC) : (48 rooms x 365 days = 17520) Cleaning of rooms including attached toilets (both cleaning material and labour) – sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, disinfecting, cleaning of glass panes, At least once DAILY
EXTRA OVER FOR OCCUPIED ROOMS ( 45% of 480 = 216*12 months= 2592) LIVING ROOMS -OCCUPIED (i) Cleaning of rooms including attached toilets (both cleaning material and labour) – sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing of cobwebs, scrubbing, disinfecting, cleaning of glass panes etc. (All rooms to be ready by 12.30 P.M. daily): Once a day (ii) Cleaning of tea/coffee cups and glass tumblers ( labour only) : as per requirement (iii) Change soiled bed linen ( Alternate day ), and towels, napkin ( Daily ) with washed and pressed ones (labour and washing/pressing under arrangements of contractor ;bed linen and towels to be supplied by the Institute) : (iv) Bed-making (labour only) : Once a day (v) Provision of Packaged drinking water in the room and replenish as per requirement (vi) Provision of toiletries (material and labour) (List of items to be provided are given Page no. 34 of Part-1-NIT) (vii) Provision of tea / coffee / sugar/ creamer sachets in the rooms. (labour and material :Once a day OR as required (viii) Provision of one popular English Newspaper (The name as approved by Facilities Officer) and Economics Times ( Total 2 News Paper ) in each of the occupied rooms : Daily Morning (ix) Arrange for Laundry Service to Room Occupants (charges payable by occupants) – Charges to be approved from Facilities Officer Providing laundry bag in the room will be under contractor’s scope of work.
(i) COMMON AREAS LIKE CORRIDORS, PASSAGES, LOBBIES, RECEPTION AREA, TV LOUNGE, DINING HALL, BASEMENT, KITCHEN, BASEMENT CAFETERIA, COMMON TOILETS etc. ENTIRE KLMDC BUILDING 80,000 SQFT BUILT UP AREA (ii) Complete up keep-Cleaning sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, cleaning of glass panes, removal of cobwebs etc. : Minimum Four times a day and additionally for frequently used areas only as per requirement for all except Dining Hall & basement (which are used as storage space for Library books). (iii) Cleaning of glass panes and Ceiling Fans, ceiling area etc. which are reachable only with the help of ladders or such other support : once a week (iv) Pop-in paper napkin and liquid soap will be under contractor scope of work. (in the toilets and dinning hall wash basin)
(i) Stepped Classrooms-Audi-1&2 , Conference Hall at first floor no. 1 & 2, Syndicate rooms at ground floor 4 nos., Publication Dept. at ground floor and allied corridor/ passage/ staircase/ basement etc. area (Entire KLMDC Annexe Building 18000 SQFT built up area) (ii) Cleaning and dusting of all class rooms and syndicate rooms (cleaning to be completed at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting of class/meeting/discussion) : once in a day if any activity is scheduled for that day or once in alternate days if no activity is scheduled. (Time of starting of activities in each of the above class rooms and syndicate rooms to be obtained by the Unit In-charge from MDP Office daily morning) (iii) Cleaning and filling the drinking water containers and wash glass tumblers daily morning and replenish water and wash used glass tumblers as per requirement (iv) Get AC Plant switched on and switch on Room AC for classrooms and syndicate rooms respectively about 30 minutes prior to the class/meeting/discussion (v) Rearranging layout of chairs/tables : as per requirement (vi) Cleaning surrounding areas of class/seminar rooms and tea & snacks distribution areas after each break (vii) For Classrooms only : Cleaning/Dusting the writing board and areas surrounding the writing board and lecture stand during each break (normally there are two breaks in the morning and one break in the afternoon) and after the class for the day (viii) For Classrooms only : Once a Programme is over, remove the name strips from the name stands, clean the classroom of any unwanted material and dispose the same off as per the instructions from the concerned Programme Coordinator
(i) MANNING RECEPTION DESK (KLMDC) : minimum 1 persons per shift, total 3 shifts (ii) Manning the Reception Desk round the clock by qualified and experienced staff
MISCELLANEOUS WORK (KLMDC) : (i) Distribution of teaching material to Participant’s Rooms Carry luggage of participants from the vehicle to the rooms allotted to them and vice versa: on arrival and departure of programme participants. (ii) Get medicines for the participants from medical shop : in case of an emergency only. (iii) Make arrangements (placing of chairs etc.) for group photograph of the programmes) : once during a programme (There are about eighty programmes conducted in an year). (iv) Serve food to the sick participants and VIPs : Occasional requirement. (v) Ferrying of material as and when required from the Publication Department. (vi) Any other unforeseen work assigned by Officer in charge-IIMA.

Additional Manpower to be provided twice in a year during Summer & Final Placements for interview room set up.

(A) COMMON AREAS (i) Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, cleaning of glass panes, removal of cobwebs etc. of (B) IMDC Block (i) Corridors, lobbies, 6 Syndicate rooms, 3 Multipurpose rooms, staircase (rear & front), duct shaft area, Laundromat area, Terrace, basement area, store rooms, court yards etc. Minimum Twice a day or as per requirement. (C) Classroom Complex (i) Corridors, lobbies, 6 CRs, 3 SRs, Conference lounge, 2 courtyards, the courtyard between IMDC Block & CR Complex, common toilet/bathrooms, staircases , Admn. offices, store rooms, electrical panel rooms etc. (ii) Cleaning of the CRs, SRs & Syn. rooms must be completed at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of class/meeting/discussion. (iii) (Schedule of activities in each of the above class rooms, Seminar Rooms and syndicate rooms to be obtained by the Unit In-charge from IMDC Office) (iv) Switch on Ac for classrooms, Seminar Rooms and syndicate rooms about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activities. (v) Rearranging layout of chairs/tables : as per requirement (vi) Cleaning surrounding areas of class/seminar rooms and tea & snacks distribution areas after each break (D) For Classrooms/Seminar Room only (i) Cleaning/Dusting of the writing board and areas surrounding the writing board and lecture stand during each break (normally there are two breaks in the morning and two breaks in the afternoon) and after the class for the day. (ii) Once a Programme is over, remove the name strips from the name stands, clean the classroom of any unwanted material and dispose the same as per the instructions from the concerned Programme Coordinator (E) Reception Area (i) Corridors, waiting Lounge, Reading Room, Office, main staircase, Toilet/bathroom etc. Once a day (F) IMDC Annexe (i) Corridors, lobbies, pantry, 2 Common rooms, 3 Syndicate rooms, court yard, common toilet, electrical panel rooms, Terrace, staircases, adjoining surrounding areas etc. Once a day (ii) Cleaning of glass panes and Ceiling Fans, ceiling area etc. which are reachable only with the help of ladders or such other support : once a week

MARRIED STUDENT HOUSES: One Block consists of SIX houses (20 blocks x 12 months = 240) Toilet cleaning, common area, terrace, water tank (every three months) surrounding of the block. on Daily basis and periodical pest control ( ONLY ROOMS ARE EXCLUDED from contract ). Heavy Cleaning Once in a year before PGPX Check-in
MISCELLANEOUS WORK (IMDC): (i) Carting of stationery material from Stores/Case Unit to IMDC Office and envelopes from IMDC Office to Despatch Office (a three wheeler cycle should be provided by the contractor): As per requirement (ii) Distribution of teaching material to Participant’s Rooms (iii) Carry luggage of participants from the vehicle to the rooms allotted to them and vice versa : on arrival and departure of Programme participants. (iv) Get medicines for the participants from medical shop : in case of an emergency only. (v) Make arrangements (placing of chairs etc.) for group photograph of the programmes) :once during a programme (There are about eighty programmes conducted in a year). (vi) Serve food to the sick participants and VIPs: Occasional requirement. (vii) Drainage cleaning & maintaining on a regular basis for : IMDC, KLMDC (ANNEX), MSH (1 to 20), Dorms 26,27,30 & 35 (VSA) & surrounding area. (viii) Cleaning / maintenance and shifting work (material/furniture) for EEP office , SR 7,8,9 & CR 11,12. (ix) Shifting of material/furniture from publication to wings / CR's in both campuses. (x) Any other unforeseen work assigned by the Officer in charge IIMA.
Providing Electrical maintenance services by for premises under this contract 24 x 7. The consumables will be supplied by IIMA free of cost. (i) KLMDC Building , KLMDC Annexe Building (ii) IMDC Main building + IMDC Kitchen Dining Complex (iii) Visitor Studio Apartments (VSA) (D-30) ( 20 rooms x 30 days ) (iv) Rooms in D-35 ( 40 rooms x 30 days ) (v) MSH 20 Blocks (vi) D-26 & D-27
Providing HVAC routine maintenance services for premises under this contract 24 x 7. The consumables will be supplied by IIMA free of cost. The technician should also be able to attend minor plumbing related complaints (Multi tasker type) (i) KLMDC Building , KLMDC Annexe Building (ii) IMDC Main building + IMDC Kitchen Dining Complex (iii) Visitor Studio Apartments (VSA) (D-30) ( 20 rooms x 30 days ) (iv) Rooms in D-35 (40 rooms x 30 days) (v) MSH 20 Blocks (vi) D-26 & D-27
WASTE DISPOSAL: Loading, transporting and unloading outside AMC limit the Kitchen waste, garden refuse, garbage, semi dry waste etc. form a collection point in a hygienic manner. Dealing with any AMC official, their norms etc. is in contractor’s scope. (Common Item for IMDC+ IMDC (ANNEXE)+ KLMDC+ MSH HOUSES) (Total 2 trip per day x 365 days = 365).
TEA COFFEE MAKING LABOUR CHARGES: Tea/coffee preparation at KLMDC Kitchen for IIMA employees two times in a day on working days (FIVE DAYS in a week) (for around 600 persons). Equipment, cooking gas, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. will be provided by IIMA free of cost (Approximately two persons required to prepare tea-coffee per day).

Fogging Services in OPEN AREA under their scope for mosquito control using fogger machine using Deltamethrin 1.25 % EC @ 15 ml / Litre of Diesel ( Time : 16.00 hrs. to 20 hrs. generally ). This activity is performed daily during monsoon and occasionally during other seasons as and when required. Area to be covered is: IMDC, KLMDC (ANNEX), MSH (1 to 20), Dorms 26,27,30 & 35 (VSA). Chemicals may change as per AMC health department's directives from time to time. 120 days in a year. The work shall be carried out to the satisfaction of IIMA.
