TENDER FOR LIASIONING FOR CP NOC AND AMC BUILDING PLAN BUIL AND BUILDING USE PERMISSION, FIRE NOC FOR COCO RETAIL OUTLET AT AHMEDABAD

Retail outlet at Survey No. 412/1, Final plot no. 126/2, TP scheme no. 69, Moje-

Chandkheda ,Ta. Sabarmati, District: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Scope of work for NOC from Police Commissioner

- Obtaining opinion from the fire department AMC

- Compiling all the documents and the drawing pertaining to the application

- Submission of online application for NOC to Police Commissioner for setting up of the

- Submission of hard copy of the application and documents and / or drawings in required

number of sets to Police Commissioner

- Get the opinions of various departments as required by the license branch, Police

Commissioner Office.

- Arrange the site visits of different departments for the purpose of opinions. Timely

Submission of queries raised by various departments or statutory bodies.

- Obtain police commissioner NOC letter & drawing duly signed and stamped.

Scope of Works for Building Development Plan Approval from AMC

- Prepare drawing for building plan approval showing built up area, FSI table, Parking,

Margins, and tree calculations etc. as per GDCR.

- Obtain opinions from various AMC department such as TP implementation, Survey, Tax,

Betterment charges etc.

- Prepare Bonds on the stamp paper as required by AMC duly signed and notarized.

- Prepare and submit online application to AMC web site for building plan approval.

Upload all relevant documents and drawings

- Get the ok report of online application and pay the scrutiny fees online on behalf of

- Submission of the drawing & documents in hard copies duly signed and stamped by the

licensed architect, Structural engineer and Clerks of Works as required by AMC Office.

- Prepare and Submit forms 2(A), 2(B), 2( C) & 2(D) duly signed and stamped by AMC

license holder, along with the application

- Arrange site visit for Assistant Town planner AMC

- Make revision in the drawings as per the scrutiny of Assistant Town planner AMC and

resubmit the same to AMC Office

- Obtain final approval

Scope of Works for Building Use permission from AMC and FIRE NOC

After completion of all the construction & finishing work on the site in accordance with the

approved building permit issued by AMC:

- Prepare as built drawing as per approved plan

- Obtain completion report from AMC inspector for plinth level and final slab level.

- Prepare and submit online application to AMC web site for building Use Permission

- Upload all relevant documents and drawings

- Get the ok report of online application and pay the scrutiny fees online on behalf of

- Submission of the drawing & documents in hard copies duly signed and stamped by the

licensed architect, Structural engineer and Clerks of Works as required by AMC Office.

- Arrange site visit for Assistant Town planner AMC of the zonal office.

- Make revision in the drawings as per the scrutiny of Assistant Town planner AMC and

resubmit the same to AMC Office

- Obtain final approval

After completion of all the fire safety installation on the site in accordance with the fire

opinion issued by AMC fire department:

- Make online application to fire department JMC and submit the hard copy of the same

- Inform BPCL for the preparation and submission of Affidavit on the stamp paper in the

prescribed format as per AMC

- Pay the inspection charges on behalf of BPCL

- Arrange the site visit and instruct BPCL for rectification / addition if required as per

inspection report by the fire officer.

- Obtain fire NOC

Vendor has to obtain the CP NOC and AMC Development plan Approval, within set time

limit of 60 Days after issuance of Letter of Intent (Award of Job).

Final BU permission to be obtained within 30 days after completion of construction of

retail outlet or as per instructions from BPCL.

Vendor has to get approvals from all related offices for setting up of fuel station.

1. Payment Terms:

After receiving-

CP NOC 20% of total payment will be released

AMC Development Plan Approval for construction of Retail Outlet – 50% of total

payment will be released.

Final Building Use permission of Retail Outlet- Remaining 30% payment will be

 Any payments to Government agencies against government receipts, over and

above the amount for which the job is awarded, will be reimbursed after

production of the receipts.

2. Penalty terms: The vendor is required to adhere to the timelines and in case the progress

is not found satisfactory, 0.2% of the invoice value per week subject to a maximum of

5% of the invoice value will be deducted towards delay in execution of work beyond the

period mentioned in the tender. BPCL will review the progress on weekly basis and its

decision in this regards will be final and binding.
