OUTSOURCING OF CONSERVANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR CWE (A ) AHMEDABAD and GE (A) AHMEDABAD

Outsourcing of housekeeping and conservancy services(Sweeper) for CWE office complex (from 0800hrs - 1600 hrs) duration for each working day. Note : 1. Nos of min person required per day - 02 Nos. 2. Unit Rate shall be of per day basis for 02 SWEAPER/CONSERVANCY. 3. Qualification & Experience - (i) Should be well conversent of hindi languages in reading/writing. (ii) Should have experience/Proficiency in the similar work. 4. Scope of works - Cleaning/moping/brooming down of office permisses, dusting of tables/chairs and cleaning of toilets every working day in morning. Disinfection of rooms, removal of cob-webs, cleaning of window glass panes, doors once in a week. Cleaning of roofs/drains before onset of mansoon. 5. T&P -Tools like brooms, brushes, dusters etc & Consumable materilas like Phenyle, Acid, Floor cleaner shall be provided by Contractor & cost of these shall be deemed inclusive in unit rate., Water shall be provided by MES.

Outsourcing of gardening services(Malli) for growth and maintenance of lawn, including watering to plants, cutting of hages and plants, arrangement of Gamlas, cleaning and maintaining beautification of Gardening area at CWE OFFICE for 08 hrs (from 0800hrs- 1600hrs) duration for each working day. Note : 1. Nos of person requiredper day - 01 No. 2. Unit Rate - shall be of per day basis for 02 Gardners. 3. Qualification & Experience - (i) Should be well conversent of hindi/english languages in reading/writing. (ii) Should have experience/Proficiency in the similar work. 4. Scope of works - Maintaining of gardens, office lawn, watering plants, ploting soils, removing/cutting of trees/shurbs/grass etc 5.T&P- Tools like Khurpi, Cutter, Talwar for grass cutting, buckets/mugs, Phawra etc required for above purpose work shall be provided by Contractor & cost of these tools shall be deemed inclusive in unit rate. Water, saplings, fertilizers shall be provided by MES

Nos of person required - 03 Nos. (2 Nos for cwe office and One Nos for 01 Nos ) 2. Qualification & Experience - (i) Should be well conversent of hindi /english languages in reading/writing. (ii) Should have experience/Proficiency in the similar work.
