Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles (Digital Designer tiles) of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic joint free coloured matt finish tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 6 - 7 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for two coats of acrylic weather proof paint (Exterior grade) preparation of new surface of wall by washing rubbing down and stoping of distemper and painted surface and aplying two coat of acrylic weather proof paint (Exterior grade) Complete as all speifeied and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direccted.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direccted.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and direccted.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium ventileter section weighing 0.55 Kg/Rm with powder coated with (Miniumum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) on aluminium section including aluminium beads, locking arangements, hinge rubber gasket, and including 4 mm thick tinted glass complete with standard rubber gaskets, aluminiu beadings , and jointing cleats for fixing incl locking device & all other aluminium fittings complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing aluminium grill (make-Deco) drf No-916 pattern or equivalent fixed to window with & incl aluminium screws all as per manufacture instruction thickness of grill 7.5 mm & thickness of anolized minimum 15 micron confirmimg to IS-1868-1983 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5 mm thickness to be fitted in M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete with provision of lime concrete bedding including & fixing new WC in repair and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for PVC Valveless, syphonic action type,flushing cistern, low level, white,with inlet ball valve, float, handle, flush pipe 32 mm dia ( or for IWC 1.2 m height ), PVC connecting tube 15 mm dia with brass check nuts including brackets 10 ltrs capacity fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Vitreuos china wash hand basin ovel type incl cutting for and pinning in end of brackets or erecting stand or suitable cutting Kota stone or Granite stone and inclusive of fixing and supply and waste pipe and one CP pillar cock 15 mm dia fancy type, PVC connecting tube 15 mm dia with brash check nuts and CP waste coupling 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in skirting/dado and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4) including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St-240 with MS Bolts including washer and MS gusset plate any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair tubular towel rail of brass chromium plated , 20 mm dia, D type, 60 cm long betweem flanges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) floor/Nahani trap 100 mm bore, plain with grating doom including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for grating square 150mm size of PTMT (minimum weight 100) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water/RCC pipes of size 110 mm of any pattern, of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) and S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water/RCC pipes of size 75 mm of any pattern, of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) and S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable mild steel water tubing/PVC tube and connections 15 mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings and S & F unplastisized PVC pipe, 15 mm dia (nominal) of pressure rating 10 per centimeter square complete with fittings and fixed to walls/ ceiling/floors etc in required length complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Note: Flat Plane area shall be measured and paid. Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd and allow to dry for 8 hours under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:- Filling the Same Portion with plain concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (This item of PCC will be measured and paid for separately as M & L under appropriate item of Sch 'A') Stage 6:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600 mm long 40 mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

M & L for Removing exiting water proofing treatment and expose top surface of RCC slab and clean the roof surface with water and using wire brush and Stage-1: M&L plaster 20 mm thick in one layer CM(1:4) on concrete surface over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including application of cement slurry @3kg/sqm after cleaning,sweeping the old RCC slab to remove dust before application of plaster complete. Stage2: M&L for applying evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer at the rate of 0.3 kg per sqm on dry surfaces complete. Stage3: M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab by applying one coat of bituminous/ polymrised primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.30 ltr /Sqm and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) Modified membrane pre-fabricated reinforced with non woven plyeser of 3.50 Kg/ Sqm ( minimum) 3 mm thick mimium with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP mebrane etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Chromium plated, fancy type, shower rose 125mm dia with swivel joints of any colour for fixing with 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick watering ramming /rolling and finsihing to required size, shape etc nex 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I).

Supply & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover type-1 Class IV, size of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry in trenches for under groung cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody ot for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for One light/fan/exhaust fan/buzzer point controlled by one,one way switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal sectional area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping/PVC Conduit of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with and including Wooden Board/sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of required size of not less than 1.6 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit/casing capping complete for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one; one way switch. NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable brass screws and cup washers

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper submain wiring /cable including steel/PVC conduit complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc and M & L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm of voltage rating 1100 Volts drawn in and including surface casing and caping with standard accessories, along-with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor Complete all as specified and directed. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
