SUPPLY MAIN

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 30 M including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 M. from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc. all complete (Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches. It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shigle, bajri and boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rocks. Soil mixed with boulders & bajri

Carting, laying jointing fixing and testing of G.I. screwed pipe with spcials in trenched (including cost of jointing materials like whitw lead, hemp and oil etc.) testing of pipe (medium quality) including cutting and threading etc. complete 50 mm

Supply and fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials, labour, T&P etc. complete a) Wheel Valve (Class-1) as per IS: 788/1971 50 mm

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construct wheel valve chambers as per type design (0.60x0.60x0.75 m)

Supply, inserting and fixing Class B ISI mark single jet water meters 15 mm size in the existing G.I pipe lines including cutting and threading pipe and making long threads etc. complete

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construct R.C.C C.W.R with MS ladder inside the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement , supply and fixing of outlet, inlet overflow and washout pipes , flooring 0.6 m wide apron , painting on tank body, ladder, MS M.H cover etc complete with approved water proofing, testing, filling water for testing purpose, incl supply of vertical pipes and specials 30.00KL CAP
