Annual Contract for Mechanical maintenance, Electrical maintenance and Operation of Ash Handling Plant (Indure make), Stage II, 2x500 MW SgTPP.

Mandatory job : Mechanical maintenance work of AHP for 06 months

Mandatory job : Electrical maintenance work of AHP for 06 months

Mandatory job : Operation of AHP for 06 months

Optional job : Cleaning of economizer hopper ash by manual method ( including bagging & bag will be provived by the party) or by water per hopper basis during shut down condition and disposal of ash at suitable location

Optional job : Cleaning of air-preheater hoper ash by manual method ( including bagging & bag will be provived by the party) or by water per hopper basis during shut down condition and disposal of ash at suitable location

Optional job : Cleaning of clinkers , damaged refractory or resuadual ash from inside the bottom ash hopper during shut down condition and disposal of same at suitable location.

Optional job : Over hauling of BA clinker grinder including dismantling & reffiting of clinker grinder , chute

Optional job : Replacement of power cylinder for BA hopper feed gate

Optional job : Alignment of BA hopper feed gate during during shutdown condition. Strengthening of different supports feed gate and if required replacement of guide rail, roller, wedge etc.

Optional job : Overhauling of Vacuum Pumps including dismantling & refitting of Vacuum Pump.

Optional job : Replacement of flushing apparatus including dismantling & refitting of flushing apparatus.

Optional job : HT Cable Jointing Work.

Optional job : Cable laying 185 sq.mm. 3Core Cu Cable
