Resource management for bore wells 2 nos at makarpura area by deployment of one FGM each shift round the clock (Three shifts of Eight hours each) including sundays and holidays for operation and maintanance of valves of bore wells of make as existing and cleaning of installation sorrounding area all as specified by Engineer in charge. (Ist shift -06 hours to 1400 hours. IInd shift 1400 hours to 2200 hours & IIIrd shift 2200 hours to 0600 hours)

Resource Management for maintenance of package type AC plant 3 X 11 ton capacity by deploying One (01) AC plant operator in each shift round the clock (Three shifts of Eight hours each) including sundays & Gazetted holidays including rectification of gas leakage, checking & attending normal repair for proper functioning of AC plant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Ist shift -06 hours to 1400 hours. IInd shift 1400 hours to 2200 hours & IIIrd shift 2200 hours to 0600 hours). The plant mainly comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed:

Compressor thermotric sealed 11 TR of Kirloskar Make or existing make - 03 Nos .

Condenser with 2 HP elect motor of Hindustan make or existing make - 03 Nos

Note for item NO 1 & 2

Staff (all trade) will always remain on duty duly wearing uniform and shall maintain the connected documents such as log book, Attendence register(Centralized attendance register duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge/ JE/Contractor) , installation running record book in a printed form, water sample maintained book etc and checking daily by Engr-In-Charge.

Contractor shall provide the T & P (Spanner set) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, Plant running book, clothing etc and all records shall be maintained properly.

Water supply Installation and Ro Plant complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, cutting the grasses in and around the installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, otherwise a recovery at the double the market rate shall be charged if the installation and its complex are not kept clean all the times.

Negligence of duty during manning and operations, maintaining of records shall be taken seriously and compensation shall be made as per contract procedures.

Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall be deployed continuously more than 48 hrs in a week.

The shift staff may be detailed for any other works as required by AGE E/M and JE E/M.

FGM/Elect shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution. Necessary qualification details shall be submitted by the contractor within one month from the date of acceptance.

Contractor shall provide life insurance of min Rs 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

No one be absent on duty, if anyone found absent a recovery at the double the quoted rate shall be levied .

Staff shall remain on duty and will not leave installation without Staff with releiver and proper handing/taking over is signed.

Tradesmen shall take preventive measure and shall use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and deptt will not be responsible for any type of untowards incidents.

Each shift of one trade man is for 8 hours.

Log Sheet/Log Book of Plant running and running of AC plant handing/taking over register atttendence register, will be maintained in proper form and duly binded will be issued in printed form by the contractor. All the documents shall be kept in the Sub Station and produced to GE/Vigilance Officer/Higher authorities during visit to installation.

Tradesman shall carryout normal maintenance of Plant such as cleaning of plant/pipes/ducts, parts etc.

All the above documents shall be produced to the dept (Sub Div/GE Office) at the time of claiming payments of RARs which is of mandatory requirements

All the trades man payment details and attendence register and log book ,Insurance certificate duly signed by all concerned shall be submitted along with RAR/MB and the quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of this aspect .

M&L for cleaning CIP of RO Plant using authorised chemical with cleaning of membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning /CIP register to be maintained by the contractor duly signed by contractor, JE E/M and Engineer in Charge. Cleaning should be carried out by authorised technician and ID proof shall be submitted to AGE E/M before carrying out the job complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mix aquafit solution in water for chlorination with maximum level of chlorine not more than 2 PPM at starting/end for day to day operation and maintenance of pump house complete all as specified and directed. Note : Aquafit solution shall be brought out in company sealed packing with 45KG per container/drum.

M&L for Dismantling the complete inner and outer unit by means of disconnection of pipe connection and washing of complete out door unit by means of caustic soda, HCL acid and CRC solution and over oiling inner unit by means of good quality of oil and grease and checking of all nuts, bolts and fan bolts and replace the fan belt and refixing the same duly repaired and testing complete. including cleaning of cooling coil of 3 X 11 TR AC plant and filter with MAC solution including rubbing with brush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of fan belt type A-32 of approved make complete all as per site requirement.

Dismantling unserviceable indication lamp assembly and M & L for providing new indicating lamp assembly with lamp in different color (R Y B) of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt compressor of package type AC of make Kirloskar/Takumseh/Usha or existing make and fixing of reconditined compressor at 11 TR plant (consting two nos of 5.5 TR) complete incl cutting, brazing, flaring the suction and discharge line, refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for charging of Gas refrigerant in package type AC 5.5 Ton capacity of any make including flushing down refrigerant system with nitrogen gas complete all as specified and directed. Note : Leakage free test certificate to be submitted by the contractor on every charging.

Dismantling the worn out copper connecting pipe and M & L for providing new copper connecting pipe of size 25 mm dia including insulation material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the worn out copper connecting pipe and M & L for providing new copper connecting pipe of size 15 mm dia including insulation material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable contactor and M & L for providing new contactor of NO/NC type of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlng unserviceable relay of package type AC plant and M & L for provision of new relay with socket complete of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PCB unit of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs dryer unit all as per specification and direction of engineer in charge. Make:Denfross/existing make or equvalent make approved by accepting officer.

Dismantling of complete motor of capacity upto 5 HP and taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding the same with new super annealed copper winding wire of suitable existing size of approved quality including insulation material and refitting the motor and testing complete.

S/F in repairs Peduster Bearing for Blower of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repairs Blower motor bearing of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repairs Condenser motor bearing of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repairs Air Filter for cooling Coil of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repairs single phase preventor of existing make complete all as specified and directed.
