Maintenance of landscaping at KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery for a period of two years

Amount

Tending, caring and maintaining all landscaped areas of the Park including cutting trees / plants to size, trimming, shaping, manuring, clearing of weeds / shrubs (1m around the plants), spraying / applying of fungicides / insecticides / pesticides, watering profusely / intermittently, as and when required, including all costs (manure, cutting tools and tackles, equipment, transportation, labour etc.) complete.( total quantity comes to 40 numbers)

Tending, caring and maintaining all hedges / lawns of carpet grass / flower beds, in the entrance of the Park, Water Treatment Plant, Neospace Building area, SDF building area and from the Gate House to Park Centre and trimming, shaping, manuring, clearing of weeds / shrubs (1m around the hedges / lawns), spraying / applying of fungicides / insecticides / pesticides, watering profusely / intermittently as and when required, including all costs (manure, cutting tools and tackles, equipment, transportation, labour etc.) complete (Total area comes to 1100 sq.mtrs)

Labourer - Providing the service of a labour on regular basis to maintain the common areas of the Park for clearing the overgrown grasses, bushes, etc (on either sides of the internal roads, around the Park Centre, around Neospace building area, SDF building area, ETP area, vacant allotable areas in the Park, Incubation area, substation area, caring of buffalo grass in the overhead tank areas and other places as directed by Park in Charge) and removal of all filth and garbage generated during the work or other matters which are unusable to the place in the Park as instructed by the Park in Charge) payment will be based on actual number of labour engaged per month (Limited to 25 numbers per month)
