REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO CERTAIN HT WORKS AT BHUJ AND GANDHIDHAM MILITARY STATION

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type VCB/ outdoor RMU 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of capacity 400/ 630 Amps from location and repair/ overhauling including replacement of damaged minor spare parts and carrying out with the following all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Major spare parts will be measured & paid seperately. (i) Inspecting/ overhauling of manual/ motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut-off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly, replacement of damaged control wiring DC/ AC for smooth function of VCB, testing of contact resistance, insulation resistance and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting/ overhauling of tripping assembly, earth fault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system, replacement of control wire fuse, MCB and connected accesories all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Inspecting/ overhauling/ cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/ components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (v) Overhauling, calibration and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/ release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete. (vi) Contarctor should contact PGVCL for proper tripping paramters and same should be set such that proper coordination is maintained in tripping between PGVCL VCB and MES incoming VCB and between sub feeder VCB in MES power house and the same to be record and submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) SF6 gas charging (refilling) to RMU maintaining the pressure and green mark and quality as per recomendation of manufacturer. (viii) Opening the bus-bar chamber, CT chamber, PT chamber and meter chamber of HT 11 KV, panel board and carry out following complete. (i) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX(A), STRIPPEX(B) and HT tape and test with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (ii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling metering chamber by checking of entire wiring system, all meters, selector switches, control, fuses and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of wiring system. (iii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of CT/PT chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying anti tracking paint on CT's and insulators and HT tape. (ix) Dismantling, overhauling and testing potential transformer capacity 11 KV/110 Volts AC and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets, transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechenical parts & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts etc & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete.

Supply only spare parts suitable for C&S, ALSTOM, AREVA CG VCBs VCB Panels Boards, Rating 11KV, 400/ 630A, indoor type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Multi Function meters, Digital type 96X96 mm, Aux Supply 230Volts AC, including conncetions and testing.
