Providing precast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over,as in reinforcement, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per above item but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:3:6 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings all as specified and directed.

Removing existing paint by scrapping with TruCare wall Sander : L-01 / H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having RPM not less than 1500.sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7' / 9' to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 1mm thick waterproof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per Sqm of Asisn paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. Step 1) Mix the putty powered by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixer (Trucae Putty mixer capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian paints Trucare Graco spray Machine (Model : EH 230 DI) or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041' or by manually. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare wall sander: L-01/H-01 or equivalent (habing mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having RPM not less than 1500. sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7'/9' to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying one coat of acrylic waterbased interior / exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1 ltrs (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent as recommended by the manufacture and approved by the GE, having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per mnute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (Applicable to Srl items No. 1 to 5 Here-in-above) 1. At the time of execution of work shall submit the MOU towards triparty agreement between tenderer, Manufacturer of Paints from Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Nerolac Paints and their Applicators, for material and execution of work from any of the said manufacturers. . 2. Terms of the MOU so entered between tenderes, Applicators and manufacturers mentioned above shall also cover the guarantee from manufacturer of paints for any defect in work executed by their applicator for a period of 4 years. All other aspects with regard to payment, execution of work or other legal points shall be solely as decided between the tenderer, Paint manufacturer & Applicator. department shall in no way be responsible for any complicacy arising at a later stage between the parties to MOU with regard to payments or execution of work. 3. The necessary steel scaffolding upto G+1 Storeyed wherever required to execute the work shall be provided by the contractor with all safety equipments and the cost of providing scaffolding & safety equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 4. The work shall be executed in restricted area and head loss etc. The contractors are advised to consider this aspect while quoting his rates. Nothing whatsoever on this account shall be admissible at later stage.

For Overhead Water Tank Ht From GL to 7.5m Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Note : The necessary steel scaffolding from GL to 7.5m wherever required to execute the work shall be provided by the contractor with all safety equipments and the cost of providing scaffolding & safety equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and Material and labour for applying one coat of cement base paint including watering and curing of surface adequately before and after application of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of concrete and concrete based materials of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) 30 cm height and including black painted surfaces (back ground) 30 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens brackets using fluorescent paints etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work / RCC concrete surfaces of wall and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specifed and direcetd.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and Providing and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall to prepare the surface even and smooth. and Material and labour for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M & L for 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on brick work / RCC concrete surfaces of ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applied three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete / fair surfaces of block masonary and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch "A' as supply only

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness and any description from metal frame and supply and fixing 3 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
