Supply and laying 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE insulated Strip/ wire armoured stranded aluminium condutor under ground cable 1100 Volts grade, in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to wall/pole and duct etc along with conneting/jointing and testing inclduing takingdown unserviceable cable along with cable covers/ bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.1 above but of size 3.5 core 25 sqmm

All as per item No.1 above but of size 3.5 core 35 sqmm

All as per item No.1 above but of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm

All as per item No.1 above but of size 3.5 core 90 sqmm

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable, RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming smooth bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common clay burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of cable cover / Red Clay Bricks suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m height above the starting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing 40 mm dia, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of XLPE cable upto 25 Sqmm by disconnecting the cable from loop in loop out box, cutting the wornout insulated cable, removing the loop from the ground and re-preparing the cable for thimbling by using proper tools and re-connect the cable at loop in loop out box by using nuts and bolts of suitable size as existing (street light) and closing the box properly as previous complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Nuts & bolts, lugs, thimble & insulation tape required for connection and making good deemed to be included in quoted rate

M & L for taking down the 3.5/4.0 core 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm XLPE insulated UG cable connected on LT OH line, including cutting/dressing of brittled part of cable, fixing heat shrink type cable jointing kit for LT cable, removing the cable from existing loop including excavation for loop and connecting the same on OH line, making good entire area complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of joint kit will be measured under relavent item.

All as per Item No.14 above but for size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm

M & L for Outdoor type heat shrink end termination kit for XLPE LT UG aluminium cable, 1.1 kV of size 3.5/4.0 core 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm along with all jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work will be mearured under relavent item

All as per Item No.16 above but for size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm

S&F in repairs OFF LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps fixed on wall/ Pole/ metal surface as per site requirement along with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 1100 volts grade 2 core 10 sqmm PVC insulated flat or circular stranded aluminium service cable, heavy duty, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.19 but of size 6 sqmm
