Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or by mechanical means for laying of Sewers, Man-Holes, Gully Pits, Chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly after completion of the work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90 cm above invert levels at every point of excavation. Excavation from invert levels to 90 cm above shall be done by manually only. a. 0m to 1.5m below Ground level

b. 1.5m to 3.0m below Ground level

c. 3.0m to 4.5m below Ground level

d. 4.5m to 6.0m below Ground level

e. 6.0m to 7.5m below Ground level

Provide & fixing of Open Timbering (covering1/3rd of surface area by planks), in trenches for the following depths below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board, 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100 mm dia Sal wood ballies for struts at 1.50m interval including removal after laying of sewer (both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor. a. Depth upto 3 m below G.L

b. 3 m to 6 m below G.L

Cleaning of Manhole Chamber Depth upto1.5m to 7.5m with lifting of mud, garbej, bajri etc. and disposal by Hand thela truck upto 1km. Including dewatering of sewer sludge by dewatering pump including all labour, T&P etc complete a. Depth upto 3m BGL

b. Depth upto 4.5m BGL

c. Depth upto 7.5m BGL

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of following specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Laying - Jointing of following dia. R.C.C. S&S pipes with rubber gaskets to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches below ground level true to alignment, making the joints with rubber gaskets and with necessary spun yarn soaked in bitumen jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc. complete but excluding excavation and backfilling of trenches upto ground level. 600 mm dia Rcc np3-Class pipe, 4.50 -6.0 mtr bgl

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work in Brick work in arch (1:3) (4.5 to 6m BGL)

Inside 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Outside 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Supply and fixing of M.S Footsteps heavy duty as per IS specifications including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work

Disposal of surplus earth, sullage, damaged pipes etc from working site to suitable place,carrying back for refilling of trenches after laying and jointing the pipes upto max distance 60 m one side,disposal of excavated earth from site to suitable place upto max distance 4 km one side including providing of all material, labour, T&P etc., complete required for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Barricading in two rows and necessary diversion of path and where as necessary with the help of ballies, ropes, flage, signal and light signal caution boards etc.upto a height of 1.8 m as per requirement including supply of all material, T&P etc. complete.

Provision of making connection of proposed sewer to the existing sewer 500mm dia including making hole in the wall and repairing of new brick may be required for completion including clearing extent by pumping if necessary.

Shifting /Repairing of Household water connection coming in the alignment of sewer line/manhole chambers including excavation ,refilling, supply of all material, pipes, specials etc for sizes 15 to 20 mm,65mm,80mm,100 mm,150mm making good complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Shifting of Household sewer Domestic connection including supply of all material, Labour, T&P etc Required for the proper completion of the work.

Providing and spreading RBM (treated as granular sub base /base/surface course material) uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface with rovtavator & compacting with smooth roller to achieve the desired density.
