Supply of manpower with minimum wages as per the details given below and compliance to all statutory contract obligations & labour laws in detailed scope of work specified in the NIT in all three/four shifts of 8 hours each per day during the contract period : Monthly cost(without GST) against salary for deployment of 2 Nos. Hi-skilled (Supervisor) 5 Nos. Skilled (Electrician) 6 Nos. Semi-skilled (Electrician) 10 Nos. Un-skilled (Helper to Electricians) Total Estimated Monthly Cost of aforesaid Manpower Supply Only WITH GST @ 18% is Rs. 713023.85 - as per Annexure- B (Bidders may note that annual expenditure likely to be increased with the revision in minimum wages structure as per latest GOI Notifications but service charges/administrative charge quoted by the bidder in percentage rate will remain fixed during complete tenure of the contract period. GST amount may be revised as applicable) The cost of Supply of stiched uniform and livery items and other Consumables as listed in Annexure G , including supply and installation of Biometric Attendance device are to be considered in the service charge. NOTE: Administrative Charge/contractor over head & profit percentage quoted by the bidder on overall manpower cost (with GST) should necessarily has to be minimum 3.85 % but not exceeding 7.0 % as per OO No. F.6/1/2023-PPD dated 23-06-2023 issued by Ministry of Finance and therefore any service charge not adhering to the stated guideline
