Overhauling of hydrophore tank works along with Materials on ORV Sagar Kanya

The following hydrophore tank repair works to be carried out along with materials and consumables,All materials and consumables are supply in vendor scope 1. Internal cleaning of hydrophore tank: Complete intenal cleaning cleaning of hydrophore tank to be carried out, Remove all rust,scale, and loose materials,check for pitting depth and wastage, carry out thickness measurement. 2.Hydrophore tank: Air inlet valve(1/2 inch)-1 no, ball valve(1 inch)- 1 no, gauge glass with cock valves(1/2 inch)-2 nos, drain valve-(1 inch) (globe valve-01no), pressure switch 2 to 10bar range-01 no,safety valve1no, pressure switch( 0 to 10bar range)-01 no need to procure and install in place, and safety valve need to overhauling and pressure tested at 10 bar and also safety valve to be set 7 bar during operation, hydrophore tank need to be pressure tested at 10 bar and pressure test certificate to be provided to shipstaff. 3.After completion of above jobs, hydrophore system to be commissitioned and trails to be shown to ship staff.
