The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work supplying man power in any government projects of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer -6.77LAKHS

EPF registration certificate with 3 months payment details along with challan

ESI registration certificate with 3 months payment details along with challan

Valid GST registration certificate.

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have the minimum number of labours as specified / required for the particular works under his labour license. -4 NOS

ISO 45001-2018 certificate (OHSAS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory.ISO 9001-2015 certificate (QMS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory.

To qualify for award of this contract, each service provider/ Bidder/tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the amount to tender under this contract. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account should be uploaded with UDIN.-7.69 LAKHS
