Providing Intensive Patch work to K.Gokavaram -Kalyanampadu road from Km 4.000 to 5.000 & Km 5.400 to 8.000 in Eluru District(4th Call)

Scarifying the existing B.T surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing B.T patch work using 1.20 cum of 40 mm IRC size HBG metal to get compacted quantity of 1 cum precoated with bitumen (VG-10) 80/100 grade using total quantity of 42 kgs including tack coat, cost and conveyance of all materials and staking the materials at road side to departmental gauge, for premeasurements, labour charges for cleaning the existing surface, appliying tack coat with hot bitumen, spreading 40 to 45 mm HBG metal, sectioning and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tones and spreading 9.50 to 11.20mm HBG machine crushed chips at the rate of 0.13cum per 1 Cum of metal as key stone and consolidation with 8 -10 T Power road roller spreading tack coat with hot bitumen and hire charges of T&P etc., compleate for finished work as per standared specification APSS No 1510.

Providing , laying of close graded premix surfacing material ( Mixed seal surfacing) of 20 mm thickness by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type 'B') as per table 500-19 of specification 508 of MoRT&H (5th Revision), premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (60/70) grade @ 19.00 Kg per 10 Sqm area, including cost of all materials and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8 to 10 Tonnes as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specification No. 508 complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming shoulders with borrowed useful seclected earth having MDD of not less than 1.75 gms/cc from out utside road boundary by mechnical means with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at orrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the bils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with vibratory ad roller OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MORT&H including all hire and operational charges of TSP complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 305 (5th revision) (Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).
