RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredThe bidder must be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of original manufacturer only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer
RequiredBidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code
RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
RequiredBidder shall quote only for the make & material mentioned in the indent
RequiredBidder should submit detailed technical specifications and must provide acceptance that the supplied SF6 gas shall confirm to IEC-376 technical specifications
RequiredBidder shall provide warranty for the material for a period of 12 months from the date of supply of materials
RequiredBidder should provide related test certificates for the supplied gas cylinders clearly specifying the supplied cylinder number in the test certificates for technical suitability along with the material at the time of supply
RequiredThe bidder shall quote the per-unit price of each SF6 gas cylinder, inclusive of the buy-back value of the empty cylinder for the mentioned line item. The bidder shall also clearly indicate in the Technical Bid the percentage (%) of the buy-back value considered with respect to the quoted price of each SF6 gas cylinder.
RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition
OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online
OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
