Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soil

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand; gently punning down all as directed and specified.( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

S & F unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1 , flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm thick.

Supply, laying & testing in trenches or fixed on pole / wall XLPE insulated screened PVC bended,galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor 6.60/11 KV (E) grade of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core all as specified suitable for earthing system. Note: (i) Sand cushioning, GI pipes,excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately. (ii) Cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply, jointing and testing for straight through joints (heat shrinkable) suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated cable 120 sqmm 3 core with jointing material complete all as specified by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor end termination (heat shrinkage) type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminum conductor cable of 120 Sqmm size.

M&L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates, of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness) , painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE " to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in bground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and providing galvanised iron or steel, 15 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe, 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe for earth strip protection, including all excavation earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 x 300 mm with 120 mm thick wall and 700 mm x 700 mm x 150 mm thick bed concrete, RCC 1:2:4,type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item. (ii) The earth resistance value shall be less than 5 Ohm.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, Outdoor Non-Extensible Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) "CCVV" 4-way comprising of 02 Nos 630 Amps, motorized operated Load Break Switch & 02 Nos. motorized charging fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 95kVp internally to manage voltage surges. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of AFL 21kA/1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for soilid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. Note: The rate quoted by the tender is deemed to include the cost of provision of PCC (1:3:6) foundation including excavation and earth work all as per manufecturer's instructions and as directed.

All as per item No.12 above but "CCCV" 4-way comprising of 03 Nos 630 Amps, motorized operated Load Break Switch & 01 Nos. motorized charging fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker with 03 Nos. Incoming and outgoing Load brak switch module and 01 No. Outgoing breaker module.
