S&F 125x60 mm, 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified including filling in frames with cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 ( Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggegate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 105x60 mm, 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified including filling in frames with cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 ( Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggegate) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises.

S&F PVC door PDS-01 comprising of shutter and frame of Make : Rajshree/Accura Polytech Pvt Ltd (Accucel) all as shown on drg No.CEAA/TD/149 sheet No. 1/1 (PVC RIGID FOAM) , door frame/ chowkats of solid rigid foam profile FP-6030 and shutter of solid PVC foam profile FP 7114 with 4 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill (Panel) including necessary hardeware fittings all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, paneled shutters (any number of panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veveered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated..

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc, with sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/ Gauge etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed wih SS wire staples.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface

M&L for aluminium anodised grill of approved shape with opening in grill 66mm x 80mm (diagonally) or nearest to + 5mm made out of standard aluminium moulded section of size 4.4 mm x 7mm

M&L for glazed digital ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on vertical surface in cement motar 1:4 as backing coat complete.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06Sqm but n.exc. 0.11Sqm as per IS - 13755 in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete as directed by EIC.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) with grey cement and pigment, glossy rubber mould intelocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
