REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF RMUs/VCBs WITH REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE HT UG CABLE WITH CONNECTED WORK AT AF STN NALIYA

M&L for maintenance and servicing of Load Breaker in RMU 11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps by cleaning of all mechanisum parts and bushing after taking proper shutdown, unbolting all busbars from insulators/supporters & cleaning/scrapping deposited salt/oxide layers with help of CRC 2-26 spray, WD-40,emry paper, cotton rugs, alcohol/sprit.etc. Refixing straight lengths,supply elements, turning elements, T-connectors & all HT components/switchgears after applyig sylica gel on movale/unmovable parts before closing HT compartments tightening of all connections, checking , control wiring, servicing etc, refixing the Load Breaker in its original position including proper setting of manual/ auto motorize operation o fLoad Breaker, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Maintenance to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished

M&L for Maintanance, Calibration of VCB relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB up to 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack, opening out the trolley, checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically,performing timing test by measuring the mechanical operation time of breakers contacts, checking of TNC switch including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Maintaenance, Calibration to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished during payment.

Replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V/110 V AC input and 110 V/24V DC output fixed inside the HT VCB/RMU unit complete for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install and testing in replacement of digital four pole non directional Microprocessor based IDMTL 3 over current +1 Earth fault with instantaneous element relay with high set & Aux. supply 20-110 volt DC as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for replacement of automatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV current transformer (CTs) for HT panels indoor type resin cast epoxy type of 13.1 KA/sec having ratio 60/5+5 Amps suitable for metering and protection of panels including control cables as per site requirement and fixing on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P10, burden 15 VA. complete all as directed

S & F in replacement PT unit three phase three limb, epoxy type up to 11 KV draw out type single ratio having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts 200 VA class I, including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering after disconnecting of HT supply from HT VCB of capacity 630 Amps complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement of Epoxy Cast Resin RMU CT Low Voltage Instrument transformer, technical specification for metering accuracy class: 1.1,0.2s,0.5s,0.2,0.5,1,3,5 suitable for existing RMU unit. Working on rated primary current 10000 Amp and secondary current of 05 Amp with nominal system voltage of 0.60 kV including control cables as per site requirement complete all as directed.

M&L for repair of ON/OFF mechanism of VCB drawout/fixed type by inspecting Actuator (elctromagnetic or spring-motor) for any defectes and replacement of defective VCB Mechanism as per existing make & model. Performing test for controled movement of the power contacts for proper locking them in ON/OFF positions by repeating ON/OFF test two time and refixing the all parts in its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor will make all necessary arangement of T&P for opening out the VCB trolley/fixed panel, repair work to be carried out by skilled authorised person.

S&F in replacement of vacuum interrupter as per existing make and model and suitable for 11 KV HT VCB 11 KV 630/800A capacity.

S&F in replacement fixed contact block as per existing make and model and suitable for V.C.B 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement moving contact block as per existing make and model and suitable for V.C.B 11 KV 630 /800 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement motor & gear assembly 220Volt AC motorised mechanism as per existing make and model and suitable for ACB 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity including testing & putting on load all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement closing coil assembly 24/110V DC as per existing make and model and suitable for HT VCB 11 KV 630/ 800A capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement tripping coil assembly 24/110V DC as per existing make and model and suitable for HT VCB 11 KV 630/800A capacity

S & F in replacement auxiliary switch (6 No+6NC) as per existing make and model and suitable for HT VCB 11 KV 630/800 Amps capacity

M&L for tracing out HT cable fault through HT fault locator machine by HT expert and testing of HT cable through megger and repair the same. Note:- The cost of the earth work, equipment and person required for locating fault is inclusive in unit rate (ii) Joint of cable will be measured separately under relevant item.

Labour for shifting of RMU/VCBs panel complete from one place to another place by disconnecting its all electrical connections transporting though their own veh and loading unloading etc. Note- The cost of the transporting veh and crane is deemed to be included in unit rate.

S & F in replacement of ER14250 1/2 AA 3.6 Volt Lithium battery of capacity 1200mAh for auxiliary supply to Power protection relays of RMUs suitable for existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Live line indicators for IN/Out supply for Load Breakers in RMUs suitable for existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply install and testing in replacemen Automatic Voltage Regulating relay, three phase for automatically setting tapping value set desired values, Model JVS-801 make Microw Electronics Components or equivalent make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing in replacement maintenance free lead acid Lithium battery incl connection to auxilary circuit of RMU used to energize during main power failures. Make:- Leoch UPLUS LP 12-12 (12V 12 Ah) battery or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L in repair for replacement of 90 degree lug boot for RMU HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT termainals from moisture/dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply jointing and testing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the help of manual labour for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings ISI marked and laid in trenches under roads, through drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, for cable protection of 100 mm dia, including taking out old/existing pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out HT UG cables of 95/120 Sqmm by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC cover of any size, stacking serviceable cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i) Excavation, Joints & Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/PCC Covers, sand shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply & fix in replacement of HT 11 KV 3 core 185 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminum conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required

Supply & fix in replacement of HT 11 KV 3 core 95 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminum conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required

Labour for re-laying the serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95/120 sqmm 3 core in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry sand; with gently punning down all as directed and specified. (Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV type I, flat size 300x180x40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Relaying only of unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV type I, flat size 300x180x40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

Supply fabricate, testing and commissioning of factory made HT outdoor distribution panel board single door of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 800mm including locking arrangement cubical type dust and virmin proof, weather proof, aesthetical designed, IP54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated with 3mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including 3 strips of copper bus bar of 600 Amps current carrying capacity insulated with colour sleeves, porcelain/epoxy insulators 11000V, rail channel, cable entry, danger notice plate of 11000 Volt, angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and 60cm grouted in ground and 60cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc. complete duly powder coated of approved colour all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge.

M&L in replacement of chemical earthing complete with Perforated GI Pipe of 80 mm Medium Grade with hole on peripheri in symmetric zig zag manner buried directly in ground vertically in bore of size 200 mm Dia and depth not less than 12.00 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 18 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and welding etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore on earth strip from earth pit to test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (350KG), Coal dust(225KG) & Magnesium sulphate (350KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated black cotton soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50mtrs apart etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Note: GI strip exceeding 18m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.
