Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Service Providers should not have blacklisted by any organization in entire PAN India for any reason whatsoever

The Managing Director, CNNL, Bengaluru reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/terminate the contract at any time without giving any Notice/Reason

The company shall not be held responsible for any technical problems encountered during submission of Proposal (Bid) through Karnataka Public Procurement Portal, delay in remittance of Tender Processing fee and EMD through on-line payment system

All other terms and conditions as per tender document

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Should have experience in supplying manpower to State Govt./Central Govt./PSU in last three years

Others -- Attested work order/certificate (Mandatory categories mentioned in ANNEXURE - F)

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder must be a company registered under Companies Act, 1956. Registered office in Bengaluru.

Others -- Copy of registration certificate (s)-ROC

Manpower on Company Rolls Minimum 250 employees

Others -- Online copy of manpower wages roll and EPFO Challan in support of available Manpower

GST,PAN,Contract Labour Act, Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act.,ESIC, EPF, PT Registration certificates.,Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 and Karnataka Private Security Agencies Rules, 2008, issued by ADGP ISD.,MSME Registration certificate

Others -- Copies of relevant valid certificates of registration

ISO 9001:2015 Certificate (compulsory),ISO14001:2018 Certificate (preferable),ISO 45001: 2018 Certificate(preferable), SA 8000 Certificate(preferable),PSARA License (compulsory),Any other certificate -Please attach relevant certifications. (optional)
