SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR E/M WORKS.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stay assembly with new stay assembly, galvanised iron, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia, including galvanised iron stay plate 300x300x6mm, galvanised iron thimble, 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and galvanised iron nuts bolts, washers including loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16.0mm, including stay wire, galvanised iron, stay wire 7/4mm stranded, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule ‘A’/ BOQ.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged overhead conductor with new overhead, aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, weasel/ Squirrel, from any type/ height of poles including proper binding with existing insulators, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ corrosion GI earth wire with new galvanised iron wire as in earth wire or wire guard, cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire of 4.0mm dia from any position, LT poles of any type and any height including binding wire, 1.60mm dia, galvanised iron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable/ rusted structural steel in cross arms and replacement with new mild steel in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged shackle type insulator with new shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator size 50mm height, 65mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps 25x1.59mm and insulator bolts of bolts 9mm dia, washers, nuts, for working pressure 550 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and exceeding 1.50mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Stone retrieved from excavation shall be issued to contractor.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged loop type with new loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.50mm, for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of pole's foundation including necessary form work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, or in foundation of poles and stays, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised,40mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, socket, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches or under floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per serial item No- 1.13 here-in-before but of size 80 mm bore

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type-410, SP-31 (9.00 meters long), including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the exposed surface and two coats of bitumiunous paint on embedded surfaces, including one No yellow strip and two Nos of black strip at 1.50 mts height from the grond level, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Galvanised stay strand, size 7/4mm, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 6.0 Sqmm, 2.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand cat part No- 4220 07 equivalent in L&T/ Schneider/ Merlin Gerin/ Siemens/ ABB.

Dismantling and setting aside of old electric poles for re-use use within 50 metres including transporting to store and stacking steel poles with struts, any size and any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable street light of any type and any description with new LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection, including LED lamps of 45 Watt and connecting up with three corePVC insulated, PVC sheated copper conductor cable of 1.50 Sqmm size, complete all as specified. LED Flood light fitting 100 Watt 230 Volt, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, and including house service bracket for mounting light fittings. House service bracket any type complete with 1.50mtr long galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia medium grade, bent to required shape including mild steel clamps of flat iron 40x6mm, hook, stay, nut, bolt and washer including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use within 50mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable post top lantern light of any type and any description with new post-top family, energy saving, environmentally friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source, Opal Cover offers soothing uniform illumination for different applications, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells cat part No- RUBYNXTPT40WLED730PSYMTOPC or equivalent in Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron strip, size 25x4mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Re-stretching only for aluminium conductor steel reinforced including earth wire, of any size and type, maintaining required sag, fixed poles of any height and type with insulators, fixed with aluminium binding wire including all required labours, tools and plants, including making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole (ii) Old conductor shall be provided free for fixing, where required for repairing broken length of conductor.

Preparation of surfaces of old steel tubular swaged poles LT poles of any size, any section and any height, cleaning the surface with mild steel wire brush and painting pole with one coat of black and white synthetic enamel paint in alternate strips, 30 cm thick each, up to 1.50 mtrs height from the top of coping including marking pole Nos with synthetic enamel paint, in uniform size black colour paint on circle with yellow paint, including painting rest height with two coats of aluminium colour painting with cross arms, bracing, clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulated and PVC round Sheathed, cross-sectional area, 2.50 Sqmm, 3.0-core, multi-stranded, annealed bare copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volt, Conforming to IS 694:2010, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per serial item No- 1.42 here in before but for cross-sectional area 1.50 Sqmm, 3.0-core.

Preparation of surfaces of old steel tubular swaged poles/ LT poles of any size, any section and any height, cleaning the surface with mild steel wire brush and painting numbering on pole with yellow synthetic enamel paint size not less than 50mm in hight and 10mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made junction box, made with thermo polycarbonate, weather, water and vermin proof, dust proof, for outdoor use, having internal dimensions 350mmx250mmx100mm, suitable for road/ street lighting for 3-phase/ 4-core high wattage LED based lighting system for industrial applications, suitable for pole mounting, including 01 No. MCB single pole, 6 Amps and 03 Nos. aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, cable glands, clamps etc for making necessary connections along with locking arrangement, including mild steel iron flat size 25x4mm having holes, nuts, bolts, washers, for fixing/ mounting on poles, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on internal and external surfaces, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
