Providing and fixing of cautionary/warning sign of size 900 mm equilateral triangle made out of Type XI of ASTMD 4956-09 high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to IRC:67:2012 for full back ground of white colour and letters/logos done by screen printing in black colour ,boarders by screen printing in red colour and fixed over4 mm Aluminium coposite material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted with grey colour and fixed over back support frame of 25 MM x 25 MM x 3 MMalround and fixing with 35 x 35 x 4MM mounted on a MS angle post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm with clear heightof not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottomof the board.The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamelpaint Black and White colour with bands of 30 cm height.The sign post shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35 x 35 x 4 MM in to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials,equipment,machinery and labour with all leads and lift,loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Type-XI

Supplying and installation of Hazard Markers/Delinators using M.S.angle of size 55 x 55 x 6 mm and 120 cm high above ground level painted with two coats of black & white stripes of 15 cm wide with first quality synthetic enamel paint over one coat of appropriate primer of approved brand colour with 30 cm x 90 cm Type-XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting of yellow colour and confirming to IRC 67:2012 fixed over 3 MM Aluminium composite materialhaving minimum 0.3 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with standard supports consisting of alternately black and yellow with black stripes in screen printing sloping downward at an angle of 45 degrees towards the side of the obstruction on which the traffic is to pass and buried in to the ground in a trench of size 30 cm x 30 cm and 50 cm depth filled with CC M-20 including cost and conveyance of all materials,equipment,machinery and labour with all leads ad lifts,loading and un-loading charges necessary for successful completion of the work on any road division as directed by Engineer-in-charge and confirming to IRC 67-2012 & MORT&H specification No.805 and approved drawings etc., complete for finished item of work for Type-XI

Solar Powered Road marker (Solar Stud): Supplying and installation of No Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate moulded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self-illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with 18:12063:1987 Category 2 for protection against water ingress. Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) or green or blue or combination as per requirement. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. It should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range of -40°C to +55°C, Its life shall be not less than 3 years, The full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours operation. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road or the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the Engineer. for Type-XI

Providing and fixing of junction board of size 1050 mm x 1500 mm made out of Type-XI of ASTMD 4956-09 high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC:67:2012 for full back ground of green colour & white letters and fixed over 4 mm Aluminum Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick aluminum skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S.Angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm all round fixing with MS angle 35 x 35 x 4 mm and mounted on two MS angle post of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm with clear height of not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottom of the board as per the drawing. The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint Black & white colour with bands of 30 cm height. The sign post shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35 x 35 x4 mm in to the ground by 1:2:4 concrete foundation of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, including sots, conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for Type-XI
