Sub Head-I

Annual Maintenance of Fire Hydrant sytem including pumps, panels, cables, complete inlcudes repair and maintenance, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the ssystem, preventive maintenance of all records, documentation,etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including holidays as per requirements of AAI. For ATC cum Technical Block, Passenger Lounge and NIATAM

Annual Maintenance of intelligent analogue adressable fire alarm annunciation system at Gondia Airport for checking, maintaining of all smoke detectors, heat detectors, reponse indicators, manual call points, hooters, carrying out the repairing, servicing, testing, including the main control panel, wiring, etc. maintenance attending to complaints/Faults brake down and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working conditions of the system, preventive maintenance of all records, documentation, etc. as per detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including holidays except as per requirements of AAI. For ATC cum Technical Block, Glide Path, DVOR, Localizer, Passenger Lounge and NIATAM

Sub Head-II

Refilling & testing of Co2 type, 4.5 Kg capacity type fire extinguisher including providing of inspection card.

Refilling & testing of Water type, 9 Ltr. capacity type fire extinguisher including providing of inspection card.

Refilling & testing of Mechanical foam type, 9 Ltr. capacity type fire extinguisher including providing of inspection card:

Rewinding of the Motor for 7.5HP to 12.5HP Capacity 2900rpm for fire pumps of following capacity, suitable to operate on 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø AC supply, with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking etc as required. (Dismantled Material belongs to the contractor).

Supply of Cast Iron foot valve of size 100 mm suitable for 7.5 HP capacity Jockey pump, as per latest IS specifications, etc. Complete as required. (Make : ZOLOTO/CRANE/JOHNSON CONTROL/DANFOSS/VTM/EMERALD/ADVANCE/CASTLE/SANT/KIRLOSKAR/LEADER/KILBURN/AUDCO/SARKAR/DIVINE/C&R)
