Repairs and maintenance to EOT HOT cranes fire alarms system traffic barrier and miscellaneous items at AF Stn Bhuj

M & L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane 3 Ton capacity quartely basis all as directed by Eingeeer In Charge:- (a) Check for worm collector shoes , sag in main runway wiring , ensuring contact to be kept through the entire length runway. Check alignment and relocation. (b) Inspect for wear of bridge and trolley wheel , flat sports and check in flange . Ensure drive wheels are of the same diameter. (c ) Checking , cleaning the contacts of the controllers and control panel. (d) Checking the pin & bushes for wear of flexible coupling and proper adjusting. (e) Cleaning the plumber blocks and applying fresh grease. (f) Repair / servicing the push button station incl replaceing push button. (g) Cleaning and greasing the wrinch & rope assy. (h) servicing , aligning & adjusting the limit switches. (j) lubrication of all moving parts & apply fresh grease / gear oil (k) checking the brake system & replaceing the wear out liners and aligning complete. (m) checking, cleaning and servicing of the gear box assy with minor spares. (n) Carryout proper alignment of EOT crane for smooth functioning (Note :(i) Spares for crane if required will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch'A' items (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling break assembly, turning the pulley on leath machine for making the surface good as per requirement all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of worn out break liners set & aligning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Pedestal bearings suitable of size for moving and operation of crane all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S &F in replacement of flame proof control ON-OFF switch board for smooth operaton of crane all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Break liner pulley complete in brake shoe assy drum as per site requirement all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Break Shoe assembly including alignment of break shoes in presence Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Limit Switches suitable for EOT crane all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. .

S&F in replacement of gear oil suitable for EOT cranes confirming to IS:335:1965 in gear box assembly as direted by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing 6 Sqmm 4 core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS solid copper conductor cable all as specified and as directed. Make : Polycab/Havells/Finolex/Indoasian/National

Load Testing of EOT/HOT crane on quarterly basis of capacity 3/2 TON with 10% extra load including Arranging load at site in presence of user all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only Grease for lubrication of all moving parts of the system complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Hoist contactor ML0 of Make: BCH or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement Start push button of Make BCH/TECHNIQUE or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement Stop push button of Make BCH/TECHNIQUE or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement Cross travel Contractor of Make BCH/TECHNIQUE or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement HPSV lamp 400 watt suitable for flameproof fitting of Make : Sudhir/Shyam as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement Steel wire rope of suitable size as per site requirement for lifting of load confirming to IS 2266 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of complete EOT crane including structural,mechanical and electrical parts by scrapping of old painted surface with wire brush throught ,cleaning of all dirt,grease,scales,dust and then giving single coat of primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by sparay gun .The various components shall be painted in different colour as per colour code. Make: Berger, Shalimar, Asian, Johnsion as approved by GE

M & L for taking out the unserviceable Hoist drive motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of copper wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working in presence of Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for taking out the unserviceable cross travel motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of copper wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working in presence of Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for taking out the unserviceable main track motor from EOT crane for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of copper wire complete and the same motor Installaing & testing for smooth working in presence of Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for taking out the movable structure including HOT by lifting equipment ,rearranging the worn out pedistal bearings ,Making alignment of Shaft for smooth functioning of HOT ,Making support for 02 Nos pedastal bearing reinstallaing & testing for smooth working of crane all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement Flame proof and weather proof flood light fitting including 250 watt HPMV lamp aluminium cast alloy LM-6,inside and outside ligt greyepoxy coating,prewired complete with electronic ballasts,capacitors,spring loaded rotor type lamp holder,starter,starter holder and connector block etc.complete with flame proof gear box all accessories fixed on two numbers of wooden block on wall or pole with suitable size of MS flat iron/nut bolts and necessary glands etc connecting up complete with 23/0.0076 flexible three core copper cable in flexible steel conduict with flame proof cable entry glands all as specified and directed.(cat .SSPL/FF/151 with control gear box cat No SSPL/CS/174 (250 watt) OF SHYAAM or equivalent model of SUDHIR/FLEXPRO/BALIGA as approved by GE

M & L for Taking down the HOT crane from the Steel structure ,dismantling complete HOT crane replacing the worn out Gears and reassembling the Crane reinstalling the crane to steel structure and testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance quartely of existing conventional fire alarm system installed GCA Building including, testing with SMOKE DETECTER TESTER functionality of all components, cleaning all device , replacement of defective spares / components, comprising of following all as specified and directed. (a) Microprocessor based existing control Panel 2 Loop - 01 No. (b) Multi detector - 16 Nos. (c ) Fire alarm hooters - 02 Nos. (d) Manual call points - 01 Nos. (e) 12 V 7 AH Battery - 02 Nos. (f) Response Indicator - 16 Nos. Note for item Nos 29 to 34 (a) Contractor Shall Maintain all the Documents and Produce to the Concern Engineer in charge as and when required /preparation of RAR (b) Contractor shall give the Demo and training for all duty staffs about the fire alarm System. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for the Same (c) Spares required for replacement, shall be measured seperately as 'Supply & Fixing only' under respective items.
