Erection and comissioning of 33 KV VCB along with its structure(with assembling) on existing foundation with proper alignment and connection with ACSR 200 Sqmm conductor and compression type Al connectors with Bi-Metallic Plate(VCB & ACSR 200 Sqmm conductor will be supplied by WBSEDCL) & with necessary terminal arrangement for providing AC Power to the VCB(connectors & Bimetallic plates to be supplied by agency)

Erection and comissioning of 33 KV Indoor Type, SCADA compatible Control and Relay Panel for individual control of Power Transformer with differential & Feeder on concrete floor by grouting 75x40x6 mm G.I Chennel and cutting of concrete base in control room including necessary connection with relays/Metering/Measurements equipments etc with supply and fixing of glands, Ferrules, PVC tape and sockets etc(Only CR Panel for 1 nos PTR & Nos Feeder & MS Channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Erection of 42 KV Lightning Arrester on existing structure and necessary connection with ACSR 100 Sqmm Conductor/Pipe Bus and compression type Al Connectors, Al Sockets with Bimetallic Plate(PTR = 1 Nos)(33 KV Lightning Arresters & ACSR 200 Sqmm conductor,1.5 inch Pipe Bus will be supplied by WBSEDCL)(3 Nos LA= 1 Set)(Bimetallic plate, connectors are to be supplied by agency)

Laying of GI Flat(65x6 mm) on insulated support inside cable trenches followed by lap jointing(125 mm lapping of each piece with other) b y electric welding, Tag welding shall be done by continuous process. Application of Zinc Chromate paint shall be done on welded portion immediately after jointing.

Drawl of earth riser along with connection by 50x6 mm GI flat from the earth mat to each of the yard structures and power equipment like power transformers, VCB, CT etc by electric welding. Construction of earth inspection pit of 400x400x400 mm size(inside measurement) with 250 mm thick brick work in cement mortar(1:4), 12 mm thick cement plaster(4:1) in the inner wall surface & upto 150 mm below the ground level of the outer surface. The pit shall be covered with precast RCC slab 50 mm thick(4:2:1) reinforced with 10 mm dia GI rod @100 mm centre to centre both ways including lifting lugs of 10 mm dia G.I rod at the middle of the slab with the proper finish of all slab on all sides(cement, brick, slab etc Civil Items will be supplied by contractor

Neutral Point Earthing Arrangement of PTRs/Station Service by 3mtr long 50mm dia having conical shape at the bottom with 12 mm perforation on the body of the pipe applying salt & charcoal at the alternate layer of the GI Pipe and connection with existing earth mat(Charcoal, salt & GI pipe will be supplied by agency)

Drawing of earth lead with 50x6 mm GI Flat for earthing of equipment installed inside control room building and connection arrangement from earth bus to equipment such as 11 KV VCB , RTCC Panel by tag welding with necessary painting of earthing bus joints
