Party should quote by selecting EXCESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in Cyan coloured cells, without changing any format. 2.Bidders have to quote only service charges percentage in the BOQ / Price Bid Format. The minimum service charge to be quoted is 1% (Bids Quoted with service charges less than +1% are not admissible and will be rejected) 3. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in Cyan coloured cells, without changing any format 4. Name of bidder must also be provided against bidder name in the price bid. 5. GST at applicable rate shall be paid extra at the time of actual services.
