Work Items

Cartage of ST Pole SP-21 from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking up to 71-100 Km.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from store centre Almora to nearest construction site store including loading & unloading at both ends.

Head load cartage of SP-21 poles from road to site up to 0 to 1 KM.

Head load cartage of small material rates are per Km/Qntl including loading and unloading upto 0 to 1 Km.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for errection of pole in all types of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and directed complete work.

Errection of SP-21 single support pole in proper level and aligment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channel & clamps as per RESSPO constuction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESSPO manual.

Muffing of pole size 0.45cm x 0.60cm radious with CC 1:3:6 ( 1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Fixing, Tightning and nozzeling of LT stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing/ RESSPO manual.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ration 1:4:8 (1cement: 4graded stone 20mm nominal size: 8coarse sand) block inlcuding cost of cement, sand and stone ballast. Back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as pre RESSPO manual.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of ACSR Weasel Conductor (3 phase 4 wire length) as phase wire with GI earth wire complete with binding and jumphering as pre RESSPO specification.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of ACSR Weasel Conductor (1 phase 2 wire length) as phase wire with GI earth wire complete with binding and jumphering as pre RESSPO specification.

Dismantlling of existing LT/HT Line, including disc fitting insulator, clamps, nut&bolts and consumer connection and street light connection etc. including rolling of conductor and cartage back from site to JE store.

Painting of poles of SP-21 with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of alluminium paint and two strip of fluorescent red and white paint 30 cm wide uptp 1.5 mter from ground level.
