Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with Perforated GI Pipe of 80 mm Medium Grade with hole on peripheri in symmetric zig zag manner buried directly in ground vertically in bore of size 200 mm Dia and depth not less than 12.00 metre below ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 18 metre long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and welding etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore on earth strip from earth pit to test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (350KG), Coal dust (225KG) & Magnesium sulphate (350KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated black cotton soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50 Metre apart etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip exceeding 18 metre long shall be measured and paid separately. The earth resistance value shall be less than 1 Ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of copper strip 32 x 6 mm fixed with PVC insuleted sleev, saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix earthing strip insulators made of any material as PVC/Fiber including nut and bolt suitable for fixing / support of copper/GI strip of size upto 32x6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install 1.5 TR hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity as shown complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install electronic wall mounting type stablizer suitable for AC upto 1.5 TR Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement industrial plug and socket with single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/drawing wiring for Circuit / Submain wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories including all fixtures /fittings fixed on wall/ceiling along with earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required of 2 x 4.0 sqmm and 1 x 4.0 sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole, 6 to 32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole & neutral,40 to 63 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Digital Automatic Dual Sequence Timer opereted on 240 V,50 Hz, Rated 20 Amp, Micro controlled based technology use for ON/OF load sequentially for AC complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Model no DAT-W or equivalantall as approved by GE.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 3 HP non clog vertical submersible pump motor, single phase 240V, suction and delivery -50mm, head -15m along with starter controller with suitable size capacitor all etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton/KSB/Kirloskar

Supply and laying Heavy duty UPVC pipes with all fittings and fixtures fixed to walls with necessary saddling/clamping or laid in floor of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC gate valves, screwed/plain both ends for pvc pipe of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC union, screwed/plain both ends for pvc pipe of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of DP sheet enclosure with DP MCB of capacity 16 Amps all etc complete as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm submersible flat cable PVC insulated round sheathed copper annealed conductor of voltage grade 1100 volts etc complete drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit of size 20mm dia on ceiling/walls including necessary saddling/clamping all etc complete as specified and directed.

Taking out old serviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/duct/poles/ roof/pipe etc and keeping aside for relaying at same place or other place as required complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying old serviceable under ground LT cable of any size on existing duct/poles/ roof/pipe etc obtained from serial item number 18.00 above complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs at the termination ends and necessary saddle clamp (heavy duty) , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item number 20.00 here-in-before but aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core.

Shifting of Servo Voltage Stabilizer of 75 KVA capacity from old AFNET site to new NFS Building after disconnecting its all electrical connections/earth connection, transporting though their own veh and loading/unloading etc., reconnecting all electric connection/earth connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of the transporting veh and crane is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Shifting of Changeover (3 Phase) of capacity upto 200 Amps from old AFNET site to new NFS Building after disconnecting all incoming/outgoing LT cable connections, taking out from existing wall/stand, carrying out minor repair for contact limbs, applying grease on movable parts and refixing at new site, reconnecting all incoming/outgoing LT cables and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The labour charges for electrician, cost of fixing accesories is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Supply and fix manual changeover switch 200A/415V/4 pole in SS Enclosure, Havells cat no IHCCFE0200 or equivalent including taking out LT cables from old location, refixing in proper phase sequence through lugs/taping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing of machinery/equipment installed at power house/substation and MS galvanized plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm, as earth electrode burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level using 32 x 6 mm galvanized MS strip as earthing lead connected to earth electrode by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet, passing through protection pipe of 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate Nos 3 of SSR Part-I, and connected to earthing test point complete inclduing testing filling of adquate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt inclduing refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs apart and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber precast RCC cover 40mm thick rienforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 20 mm dia MS base water pipe with wire mesh, funnel etc and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The earth resistance value shall be less than 5 ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Material and labour for sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping on wall/roof with two single core 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm as earth wire of FRLSH stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with industrial type 3 pin socket and plug including one MCB single pole 20 Amps 240 volts 50 HZ complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix vertical type DB ,double door Suitable for isolated neutral bar 8 ways,IP 43 protection, Door earthing,mechenical impact strength IK 08 insulated busbar assembly rating 160 Amps ,fixed in the wall with suitable nut and bolt including 4 pole MCCB 100 Amp 25 KA fixed in DBs as incommer three phase supply fixed in the wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB 6 to 32 amps single pole 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB 40 amps three pole 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stand wall mounted baracket (2 pcs) for outdoor unit of split AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton, lenghth of bracket of minimum 21 inch metalic, including fastning on wall with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing split type AC of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity, from one location and re- fixing the same at another location after minor repair as directed, including replacement of 3 core copper cable require for connecting IDU & ODU, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the IDU and ODU for smooth functioning etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for top up/ Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-22) for Split Air Conditioner of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 Ton after vacuuming and leak testing including brazing suction/ discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor will bring the filled up cylinder and empty cylinder in office to show the weight of brought gas to the rep of MES and proper register to be maintained for the record purpose.

Material and labour for taking down carefully ceiling fan with fan down rod of any length by disconnecting electrical connection and fixing the same with new anti suicide fan down rod 15 inch (white color), hanging fan and making necessary electrical connections, testing fan for its smooth functioning. Antisuice fan rod shall be manfactured with inbuilt spring so as to brake and hang on spring when load on fan rod exceeds 20 kg. Fan rods shall be tested and approved by Govt of India MSME Labotary etc complete including provision of suitable cable/wire as per existing from ceiling rose or connector to fan including rubber reel, checknuts, quater pin and proper electrical/mechanical connections complete all as specified and direted. Make:- Gold Life or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down conventional tube lights and supply and fix LED 20 W PC inverter batten tubelight as per IS 10322 suitable for 230V AC, 50 Hz, power factor > 0.95 with 100 lumen/watt, 6500K, PC material, LM 80 certified having elctronic CC driver, IP 20 protection with auto enable inverter function having battery 3.7V 3600mAH (2x1800 mAH) Li-on battery pack complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing caping with all accessories fixed to wall /roofs ceiling etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for following:-

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.
