Providing and Laying of 32mm 'B' class GI Pipe in Runway for Inset fittings. Job Involve suitable size kerf cutting and refiling the same with (fast grouting) cement concrecting complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type, high intensity runway edge light / Guard light fixtures on runway / taxiway. The fitting installed with 150mm CI Adaptor / collar box including core cutting of PQC making the connections of Isolating Transformer, Light fixtures and other accessories including alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required. Installation, testing and commissioning of Inset type bi-directional high intensity runway edge light fixtures on runway / taxiway. The fitting installed with chemical compound including core cutting of PQC making the connections of isolating transformer, light fixtures and other accessories including alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Installation of CI Transformer housing box in runway / taxy way shoulder including excavation and providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 all around one meter and bottom of the transformer housing box with required slope to match with the bitumen surface and plastering of exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 of thickness 12 mm over the concrete surface including painting top of CI box after installation, disposing off surplus excavated material etc. as required. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of internally illuminated mandatory / informatory guidance sign boards having various sizes (As per ICAO standard) with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminum profile with suitable support. The rear panel shall be made of 1.2mm. Signage sheet shall be 4mm thick, long life imported poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required colouring for mandatory / informatory guidance sign. The boards shall be internally illuminated with LED strips and all other accessories including converter / ballast to be operated on 2.8A to 6.6Amps, AC constant current series system including isolating transformer. Board shall have secondary leads protected with PVC flexible pipe including nut bolt, frangible mounting legs. Board shall have necessary water proof protection and shall be equivalent to ICAO latest amendment complete in all respects as required.

Raising of sign board heights in operational area to meeting ICAO Specification with provision of breakable coupling and GI Pipes including clamping, holding clamps, nut bolting, locking arrangement etc. complete suitable as per existing rectangular type sign boards complete with all respects as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of internally illuminated existing mandatory / informatory guidance sign board sheet by 4mm thick long life poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out of 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring of sign board including suitable high lumens long life LED's strips with converters / drivers, wires, connectors etc. and achieving required illumination level (Lux level) as per ICAO Annexure-14, suitable for operation through AC constant current series system (CCR) working range 2.8A to 6.6Amps in 5 steps etc., as required.

Supply of 4C x 16 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression gland and aluminium lugs suitable for 4C x 16 Sq.mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of OD 50 mm dia., HDPE, PE100, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.

Suitable size cutting and fixing on existing cable chambers / trenches through cutting of existing brick wall / PCC wall re-concreting etc., including two coats of red oxide / zinc primer painting of channel etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) plates for covering of cable chambers and cable trenches etc., size of the plates should be suitable for existing cable chambers / trenches and thickness of plate should not less than 110mm including following work etc., as required. Note: Each chamber covered with 4 / 5 Nos of RCC plate and existing damaged plates should be removed from chamber and shifted as per instruction of Engineering In charge.
