Preparation for and Mobilization of all plants and equipments complete including men and materials required at site, for conducting soil investigation for tradesmen complete and demobilization of plants and equipments on completion of soil investigation of projects at Joshimath mentioned below all as directed at following sites at Joshimath:- (a) Trg shed at Joshimath (b) OTM accn for 138 ORs at Joshimath. (c) Singhle Living Accn for 06 x Officers at Joshimath.

Preparation for and Mobilization of all plants and equipments complete including men and materials required at site, for conducting soil investigation complete and demobilization of plants and equipments on completion of soil investigation of projects at Mana mentioned below all as directed at site which is 63 km from Joshimath :- (a)Addition /Alteration of Mana Helipad.

Boring 100 mm diameter bore holes to any depth, in any type of soil / rock up to 10m depth or refusal strata whichever is earlier for the following projects :- (a) Trg shed at Joshimath - 25 RM (b) OTM accn for 138 ORs at Joshimath - 55 RM (c) Singhle Living Accn for 06 x Officers at Joshimath -25 RM (d) Additional/Alteration of Mana Helipad - 60 RM

Carrying out Standard PenetrationTest (SPT) using earth augur including collecting of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at every 1.5 m depth or any change of strata whichever is earlier upto a depth of 10 mtr and submit the report with all requisite details all as directed, for the following projects:- Note:- (i) SPT need not be repeated for the same strata. (ii) First sample collected at 0.75 metre depth. (a) Trg shed at Joshimath - 12 No (b) OTM accn for 138 ORs at Joshimath- 28 No (c) Singhle Living Accn for 06 x Officers at Joshimath- 12 No (d) Additional/Alteration of Mana Helipad - 40 No

Conducting necessary tests as per relevent IS Codes on all collected samples which including the determination of the following for the projects mentioned below:- (a) Atterberg limit (b) Natural Moisture Content (c) Wet and dry density (d) Soil/Particle size using sieve hydrometer analysis (e) Tri- axial shear test (C&Q determination) (f) Shrinkage limit (g) Consolidation test including pre consolidation pressure (h) Specific gravity test for sand /rock (j) Crushing strength of rock samples (k) Permeability test (l) Testing of water sample (02 samples) (m) Free soil index (n) Soluble Salt content (Chloride & Sulphate) Note : (i) The Unit rate quoted above shall include cost for compilation and analysis of laboratory test results and submission of reports in four sets. (ii) Preparation and submission of four copies of report compiling test results, containing NSBC, SBC, Settlement test results, Graphs, Charts, Calculations etc. and recommendations for foundation at 1.5 M, 2.0 M & 3.0 M. (a) Trg shed at Joshimath -03 No (b) OTM accn for 138 ORs at Joshimath- 07 No (c) Single Living Accn for 06 x Officers at Joshimath - 03 No (d) Addition/Alteration of Mana Helipad - 10 No Note : (i) Quoted rate includes for submission of detailed recommendation for bearing capacity of Soil (SBC) at 1.50m / 2.00m / 3.00m , depth and type of fooundation with supporting design details, requirement of pile foundation if any and measures for groud improvement if required. (ii) The quoted rate shall aslo includes for submission of reports for safe bearing capacity on the basis SPT, Shear Strength and settlement criteria shall be included in the report. (iii) Test report for each site as detailed in item rate BOQ shall be submitted separately. The test report of each site shall be measured and paid as one unit.

To determine modulus of subgrade reaction (K Value) as per IS 9214-1979 in Mana Helipad work.

Inspection pit upto firm strata & to report water table if encountered in Mana Helipad site.

Mobilization of all survey equipments, Engineers, Technical assistant Surveyours at site and conducting of topographical survey of an area measuring approximately 200M x 120 M, at Mana Helipad site taking levels at 1.00 meters interval bothways including making grid using total station at prepared contour plan and cross sections plan and supplying CD in autocad format and in Excel Sheet format respectively and four coloured prints for the proposed site complete all as specified and directed.

Mobilization of all survey equipments, Engineers, Technical assistant Surveyours at site and conducting of topographical survey of an area measuring approximately 60M x 15 M, 35m x 14m and 14m x 8m at 138 ORs OTM Accn site by taking levels at 1.5m interval bothways including making grid using total station at prepared contour plan and cross sections plan and supplying CD in Auto Cad format and in Excel Sheet formats and four coloured prints for the proposed site complete all as specified and directed.

Mobilization of all survey equipments, Engineers, Technical assistant Surveyours at site and conducting of topographical survey measuring approximately 28M x 13 M at 6 Officers site by taking levels at 1.0m interval bothways including making grid using total station at prepared contour plan and cross sections plan and supplying CD and four coloured prints for the proposed site complete all as specified and directed.
