OD296179/2025-2026:Supply ,Conveyance Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of 160 KVA DG set as per the technical details given below. Engine. conforming to CPCB IV+ norms. a. Make of Engine - As specified in accepted list of material. b. Type of Engine-Diesel Engine. c .No. of cylinder- Suitable to develop the required BHP as per manufacturer's standards. d. Method of cooling - Water cooling(with radiator) e. Aspiration - Turbo charged after cooled. f. Design - Suitable for generator set application. g. Out put - BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions or other BHP ratings Specified by the respective manufactures capable of delivering the required power for alternator. Standard accessories with diesel engine. a. Fly wheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (Close coupled arrangement).b. Air cleaner, c. Coolant kit.d, Fuel Pump, e Electronic governor backed with mechanical governor. f. Fuel filter. g .Lubricating oil filter, h. Residential type exhaust silencer. Engine Instrument Panel. a. starting switch with key or button .b. Lubricating oil temperature gauge. c.Lubricating oil pressure gauge, d. Water temperature gauge. e.RPM Indicator with hour meter. f. Battery charging ammeter. Safety Controls for Engine-a.Trip for low lubricating oil pressure. b.Trip for high water temperature. c.Providing necessary warning system and other safeties as contemplated in relevant ISS. d.Fuel shut off facility at over speed. Fuel pipe.Oil resistant flexible hoses & 25mm dia or nearest size MS pipe as per manufactures requirement for fuel line. Alternator-a.make-As specified in accepted make of material .b .Type - Self excited and self regulated. capacity - 160 KVA at 0.8 PF. d. System of voltage - 3 phase, 415V. e.Speed - 1500 RPM. f. Voltage regulation band - 2.50% of rated Voltage .g. Insulation - Class F/H. h. AVR - AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i.IP rating of enclosure - IP 23.j. Wave form distortion - No load<1.5%, non-distorting balanced linear load<5%.k.Telephone interference factor - Better than 50 l. Total harmonic factor - Better than 2%. Standard control panel with 400A ,4pole ,50kA MCCB with overload and E/F release and standby low set earth fault relay using neutral CT .The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. Fuel tank-Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity . Battery-Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements. Battery Charger :Supply and providing 24V battery charger suitable for charging battery of DG Set (180 Ah) consisting of the following. a. Transformer / Rectifier with surge protection device. b. Charging facility for 12V & 24 V battery. c. DC Volt Meter. d. DC Ammeter to indicate both charging and discharging current.e. Selector Switch for trickle and boost charging. f. Automatic overcharge cut off facility .Acoustic enclosure: a,The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company firm where the DG set delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA@ 1m at 75% load under free field conditions. b.Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability.c.Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50ºC enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environments. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make, f.Insulation material shall confirm to IS 8183 specification. Documents to be supplied:a.Engine manual, b.Spare parts book, c.Warranty certificate, d.Alternator manual & test certificate, e.1 set control wiring drawing. Installation:It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards,IE rules and as per the direction of the official. Testing and commissioning:The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted.DG has capacity to carry out 55% block load.The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at their own expense. During defect liability period ,periodical checkup & services as per manufacturers recommendation and repair shall be arranged and any spare/component/ consumables which require replacement /repair shall be done immediately at free of cost.

OD296236/2025-2026:Supply and conveying 100 mm dia ISI marked Tata/ Jintal /equivelent make seem less C- Class MS pipe and cutting in to required length, facing the cutting edges , including conveyance charges to site , and installation / clamping of the same on wall/parapet / cross beams/ ceiling including labour charges for loading, unloading, scrapping, cleaning, removing oil particles if any, painting the pipe with 2 coats of 600°C Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint etc. as per the direction of the departmental officers at site.

OD296189/2025-2026:Exhaust pipe/muffler cladding: Supply and fixing 65mm thick resin bonded fiber glass wool having density of 48kg/m3 for thermal insulation and totally covered with a layer of chicken mesh and finally applying 0.63mm aliminium sheet cladding complete as required on the existing C class MS pipe suitable for 160KVA DG exhaust .
