Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 50 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection .

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 40 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection .

Supplying ,Laying, jointing and testing new XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminum conductor cable 1100 volts grade ,laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed of size 2 core 6 sqmm

M&L for Disconnecting, taking out, removing old existing unserviceable LT underground cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bring the van mounted full automated underground cable fault locator machine at site for find out HT/LT cable fault in underground complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Fault machine,cable & T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Cable jointing kit for LT is measured separately

M&L for refreshing of incomming and all outgoing XLPE cable of any size including excavation for removing cable loop , refreshing of exsiting all cable by removing insulation ,including removing old damaged lugs and fixing of suitable size lugs, PVC conncetor,dressing of all cables . nuts ,bolts,washer to all incomming and outgoing MCCB , insulating all bare conductor with insulating cable of suitable colour complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Cable Lugs and insulator shall be measured and paid in appropirate item of schedule. 2.Labour charges of following item shall be deemed to include in quoted rate.

Supply only timbles/lugs of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT insulation tape ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of damaged iron hinges, iron latch of LT panel including welding of news hinges , fixing of new stainless steel latch 8 inch to panel door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining of HT/LT Over head aluminium conductor of any size including taking down aluminium conductor and refixing the same conductor to insulator including aluminium binding works for connceting insulator and conductor , tighting of pin insulator , MS channel refixing of outgoing conductor ,removing all old unservicable tapping from pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repiars the following items and disconnecting,taking out the old unserviceable one, including necessary replacemnet of lugs ,nuts,bolts lugs of any size and capacity wherever reqd :-

Supply and fix in repaIr on load changeover 415V 250A with enclosure, disconncetion & taking down and reconnection with proper size of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair on load changeover 415V 400A with enclosure disconncetion & taking down and reconnection with proper size of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Maintaning of HT/LT over head lines by trimming the of tree branches tuching to the HT/LT over head conductors lines upto 03 mtr away from the live conductors surrounding area complete all as directed Note :- Cost of labours deemed to be including cutting the tree branches and depositing the tree branches 50 Mtr away from the poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old deteriorated ACSR Conductor , of any size , any type and supply and fix aluminium conductor , steel reinforced (ACSR) , of any size, any type , as per existing one and stringing properly on the insulators and binding with aluminium wire , connectors , jumpers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and adding 3 % for sag , jointings, jumpers etc.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, Prestressed cement concrete pole 9 mtr long confirming to IS-1678 (latest) with minimum cross sectional area 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom , class - 10 ,removing of old pole to side and refixing of MS channel , restringing of conductor, providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed. (Note -SSR part I clause No.19.5 & 19.52 and other relevant clauses of SSR refers for execution of work and poles shall be procured directly from the manufacturer mentioned in tender documents.)

M & L for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts & bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape of size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning CPRI approved weather and vermin proof LT Panel box factory fabricated out door cubicle type (KIOSK type ) , front and back openable , air vent , totally enclosed outer cage made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal and inner compartments of 2.0 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement with pad lock consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber /wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated internally/ externally of approved colour with PCC foundation and civil work and copper bus bar for 3 phase & neutral mounted on epoxy insulator-01 Set including sleeves as per colour coading and connecting the following :-
