Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in roof padding etc finished surface even and fair without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix PVC door PDS-01 comprising of shutter and frame (PVC RIGID FOAM) , door frame/ chowkats of solid rigid foam profile FP-6030 and shutter of solid PVC foam profile FP 7114 with 4 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill (Panel) including necessary hardware fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, paneled shutters (any number of panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veveered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc, with sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/ Gauge etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed wih SS wire staplescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 300mm length of bolt aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cost aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 20/22mm dia fancy type SS 304 grade curtain rods with wall thickness not less than 1.25mm, fixed to walls with and including a pair of fancy type SS brackets and SS clamps best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Length of curtain rod shall be measured and paid for as one unit. Quoted rate is deemed to include for provision of a pair of brackets and clamps per unit length).
