Cleaning of evaporator tubes, preheater tubes and reboilers by high pressure water jet. Rate include: a) Mobilization of one no. of HP jetting machine of 4500 PSI capacity. b) Required length and sizes of fixed / flexible lances / hoses with nozzles, as per ID/OD and tube length. c) Required trained engineer and technician to carry out the job. d) Monitoring and control of the cleaning process round the clock. Ethanol preheater & condenser Tubes. Tube detail: (i) Nos of tubes: 120, (ii) OD: 38mm, (iii) Thickness: 0.7mm. Ethanol Reboiler tubes details: (i) No. of Tubes - 1500 (ii) OD - 31.75mm
