Annual Periodical Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations including Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Terminal Building,power House & other ancillary buildings, AAI residential colony including operation of 11kV Four Pole Structure,Compact Sub Station,DG sets, pumps,conveyor belt, Operation and maintenance of all GLF system comprising runway edge,taxiways,apron edge lighting,approach lighting,PAPI system,CCR panels,perimeter road lightapron high mast lighting and minor repairing as per specification & conditions attached to provide uninterrupted power supply and deputing manpower round the clock in three shifts/General shift including attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system,preventive maintnenance,upkeeping maintenance records/documentation etc.,on all working days including Sundays and holidays and also as & when required basis etc .(Highly skilled-3 nos.,Skilled-4 nos.,Semi-Skilled-4 nos.,Un-skilled-4 nos.)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract including repair/replacement of all parts of voltas/LG/Lloyd/Hitachi/Carrier make A/c units at different locations in Airport premises complete as required as per site requirement for following capacity & following type (Each one Set/Job per month).

Annual comprehensive maintenance contract including repair/replacement of all parts for Voltas/Usha make water Cooler at different locations in airport premises complete as per site requirement for following capacity & make (Each one Set/Job per month).

60/120 ltrs water Cooler (Usha make) (3 Nos. x 24 months = 72 JOB)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract including consumable items and all spare parts i/c. membrane etc. of ION-Exchange/Kent/ORG make RO unit at different locations in airport premises complete as per site requirement for following capacity & make (Each Job per month)

Maintenance and Servicing of Pump House water Filter.(1 No. x 24 months = 24 JOB)

Dismantling of 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 Ton Capacity of Voltas/LG/Lloyd/Hitachi/Carrier/Blue star make Airconditioner unit in airport premises.

Installation,testing and commisioning of 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 Ton Capacity of Voltas/LG/Lloyd/Hitachi/Carrier/Blue star make Airconditioner unit in airport premises (Job i/c piping/insulation/cabling/drain piping including work upto 3 mtr,leakage testing, Gas charging etc. complete as required).

Providing & fixing extra refrigerant suitable copper piping with Nitrile rubber insulation and suitable copper cabling between indoor and outdoor units etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 25mm inner dia CPVC drain pipe for drain water for AC unit to nearest drain point including CPVC Elbow , CPVC "T", CPVC Coupler, Reducer, solvent, clamp, net packing at end etc. as per site requirement.

Servicing, repairing, rewinding and replacement of defective part like bearings, bushing etc. and also transporting from site to contractors workshop & back to site, testing and commissioning etc. complete as per site requirement for the following motors ( Dismantle material belongs to Contractor)

Decoration of Terminal building facia with golden LED serial lighting and RGB pattern lighting on special occasions/festivals as per the requirements shown below - (i) Minimum no. of LED serial lighting - not less than 6000 LED lights. (ii) Pixel Chaser light batten running linearly on the top of the building, ATC tower, entry gate walls for a length of not more than 1100 m. (iii) LED PAR lights for trees around terminal building - 15 Nos. Type of Decoration will be as per the theme of occasions and upto the statisfaction of the Engineer In-charge/Airport Director.

Diwali (Starting from 18.00 hrs. 02 Days prior to Diwali including Diwali day, Gujarati New year day and Bhaiduj day, till 06.00 hrs on day after Bhai dhooj day) /Christmas plus New Year ( from 24th December evening 18:00 hrs till 2nd Jan 06:00 hrs) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one Job.

Decoration of Terminal building facia with LED PAR lights on special occasions/nationally important days as per the requirements shown below - (i) LED PAR lights placed in front of the building in such a way to form Indian National Flag Tricolor on the front side of building - 100 nos. (ii) LED PAR lights for trees around terminal building - 10 Nos. Type of Decoration will be as per the theme of occasions and upto the statisfaction of the Engineer In-charge/Airport Director.

Independence day /Republic day /(Starting from 18.00 hrs. on the Day before the Occasions to till 06.00 hrs on the day after the Occasions) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one Job.

Supply of 12 V, 180 Ah lead acid batteries for 125 KVA DG Sets

Painting of street light/Perimeter road light poles, arms with aluminium paint of ( 2 coats) of approved brand and manufacturer, along with one coat of primer, including cleaning and numbering of pole surface as required.

Spray painting of sheet metal enclosures/LT panels/Feeder Pillars/DG exhaust pipes/ Control panel with two coats of synthetic/enamel paint of grey or any other colour as approved by AAI, including cleaning the surface , rewriting the identification of the circuit. The electrical accessories shall be covered and protected from dust during painting as required.

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi schedule of rates (E&M) 2022.[Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs. 1,30,000) without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document.
