Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and Supply and fixing PVC coated Chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm , diameter of wire not less than 3.4mm and weight not less than 1.43Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barbed wire any specification and Material and labour galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of tiles of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment and Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cmx20cmx20 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment, in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of tiles of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment and Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine made,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles, of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I, in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications, laid over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand, as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface with broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as 75mm thick finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc n.exe 10sqm on plan in and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer nexc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Removing excavated material soil n.exc. 500m and depositing where as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Block masonry built in cement mortar and removing of debris off the land upto 50m and Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & smooth without unsing extra cement and Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old kerb stones and Material and labour for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 150mm and radius (R) 75mm.

Material and labour preparation of undecorated concrete surfaces of road side kerb stone and similar items of any description and any position exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the strio pattern of different tint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
