SUB STATION / CONTROL ROOM / SWITCHYARD AREA ETC. Providing maintenance assistance to carried out various maintenace works related to 765/400KV switch yard , auxiliary equipments and Control room etc. complete as per scope of work and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
TRANSIT CAMP / STREET / OFFICE BULDING/STORE ETC. Providing maintenance support for LT power supply, Illuminations System of Switchyard & Transit Camp, Street, Office Building, Store etc. as per scope of work and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
Contractor Profit and Overhead in %(fixed) on Total of Monthly wages only [Rs.1,65,625.20] of required manpower to execute the Job as per A and B above and as per terms and conditions of the Tender document.
¬The amount arrived at cell "F9"(after entering CPOH %) is to be entered on SRM portal in Item "0001.AA"
For above work mentioned at (A&B) minimum manpower required is as mentioned below:
06 nos. skilled manpower
06 nos. skilled manpower (with height allowance @20%)
03 nos. semi skilled manpower
The agency shall follow all labour regulations/acts including applicability of minimum wages, provident fund, ESI etc., as declared by the concerned state Govt. /Central Govt. authorities from time to time.

Deploying manpower to carry out monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly routine/shutdown/breakdown maintenance work of electrical installation/telephone systems in substation premises comprising of switchyard equipments in dead conditions, auxiliaries like DG Set,fire fighting system, A/C system, maintenance & up keeping of battery bank, ACDB,DCDB,PLCC,C&R panels, AC Kiosks, illumination system of Switchyard, Control Room building, Transit Camp etc. including emergency like breakdown of switchyard equipments, auxiliary system & any other assistance in S/s, stores & Transit Camp as per Scope of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
